Per necessità sono stata una buona cliente per anni,dico buona viste le mie condizioni di salute e disabilità e ci ho lasciato giù un sacco di soldi fino a quando (ormai da parecchio per fortuna) ho scoperto che ONLINE I PRODOTTI COSTANO UN TERZO. STESSE MARCHE,PREZZO DIMEZZATO. Oggi mi servivano dei prodotti con urgenza e ho incaricato una persona di acquistarmeli. Il prezzo mi pareva esoso ed ho chiamato chiedendo spiegazioni. Beh una scorbutica arrogante che dovrebbe rivedere le buone maniere mi ha trattata come un cane. Le auguro molta salute signora e di non avere mai a che fare con gente come lei in caso di bisogno. NEVER AGAIN'. Ci si aspetterebbe da laureati in medicina un'intelligenza, delicatezza e disposizione nei confronti dell'altro di altra pasta. Ero li per comprare delle cose e avevo bisogno del green pass cartaceo,ho chiesto GENTILMENTE che mi venisse stampato. Sbuffando mi è stato risposto che sono una farmacia e non una copisteria e al mio ribattere che è un servizio che le farmacie fanno mi è stato risposto che è solo per i vecchietti. Questa è l'ultima di una serie di risposte cafone avute nel corso degli anni. Lavoro con il pubblico e mai mi sognerei di rispondere così ad un cliente.. Devono ringraziare di essere in una posizione strategica, altrimenti sarebbero falliti da tempo. Una volta ho comprato dei fermenti, di costo elevato, ho chiesto se andassero tenuti in frigo e mi è stato risposto di no: per fortuna ho letto accuratamente il bugiardino, andavano tenuti in frigo. Sono tornata per far presente la cosa alla commessa e ho ricevuto una risposta vergognosa. Le persone straniere, poi, vengono trattate con sufficienza e maleducazione. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso, ieri sera: telefono per chiedere se mia figlia può fare il tampone perché la classe è in quarantena. Ecco come è andata la conversazione: “Pronto buonasera, volevo sapere se domattina è possibile fare…” “NO” “No cosa, scusi, non mi ha fatto finire” “No il tampone non si può fare” Che dire? Non si meritano di continuare a lavorare. Ma tanto in Italia la farmacia è una rendita di posizione. Io però andrò altrove, in zona ci sono altre farmacie con personale competente ed educato. Dopo l'ultima esperienza direttamente con il titolare, sopratutto per come è stato trattato mio figlio (2 anni), ho definitivamente messo una pietra sopra a questa farmacia nonostante sia sotto casa. Sì sarebbe meritato di molto peggio, una recensione negativa è quanto di più civile si possa fare. Per necessità dovevo fare un tampone covid-19 per la sera stessa ma la maleducatissima farmacista se cosi si puuò chiamare (poco piu di una commessa) ci ha rifiutato il servizio con la motivazione non scritta da nessuna parte e non imposta per legge che lei fa i tamponi solo fino alle 18. Una vergogna anche perche ce lo ha comunicato con una sgarbatezza inaudita( se non ti piace quello che fai cambia lavoro, il conad ti aspetta biondina). sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di andare in quel posto di maleducati.
