Arrivo e mi dice che quella crema non è disponibile,e mi propone un altro tipo di prodotto.
Io non capisco se sono Dottori o agenti di vendita.
Non ho parole.

I think one of the worst pharmacies in Milan. An hour of waiting and three lines to receive a swab. And after trying five times to give them back all my data, they couldn't even get me the green pass online but only in paper form

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited them Jan 30th to get my prescription for my regular, daily medication filled and have just realised they gave me the wrong dose (my usual dose is 150mg twice daily and they gave me 75mg twice daily).
I put my recent health difficulties down to other factors; it never occurred to me to check my medication as I like to think you can trust a health professional to pay attention to the medication and dose they're prescribing and only noticed today - this is the SECOND time this has happened, so I won't be going back again as it shows a lack of care and attention to detail on their part as well as a certain level of unprofessional behaviour.
