★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesi nel rispondere al telefono, poco preparati nella diagnosi dei problemi delle caldaie unical, tempi di risoluzione lunghi a favore della manodopera e in fase di riparazione tecnici non forniti di pezzi di ricambio in più non concordanti sui guasti, poco disponibili e selettivi verso i nuovi clienti, ma una discreta elasticità sui pagamenti visto i costi e i tempi esorbitanti impiegati.
Courteous in responding to the telephone, poorly trained in the diagnosis of unical boiler problems, long resolution times in favor of the workforce and in the phase of repairing technicians not supplied with spare parts that do not agree on breakdowns, not very available and selective towards new ones customers, but a fair elasticity on payments given the exorbitant costs and time involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo. Ho una Unical che perdeva acqua. Il problema era nel gruppo acqua sanitaria. Il loro tecnico non riusciva a capire dove fosse il problema e ha cambiato pure scambiatore e valvola di sicurezza. Una spesa di 150 euro è diventata 560.
We are not. I have a Unical that was leaking water. The problem was in the sanitary water group. Their technician couldn't figure out where the problem was and changed the heat exchanger and safety valve as well. An expense of 150 euros has become 560.
