Chiesi un piccolo sconto e mi tolsero a mala pena 14 euro dicendomi che all'acquisto successivo mi avrebbero trattato bene. Successivamente ho acquistato un letto con materasso della cifra di 900 euro. Non mi hanno tolto un solo euro ed hanno ribadito che al successivo acquisto mi avrebbero trattato bene. Diffidate delle loro promesse. Personale poco serio ma non riferito a tutti, c'è anche del personale gentile e disponibile. Some time ago I ordered a table with chairs spending a sum of 1400 euros. I asked for a small discount and they barely took me 14 euros, telling me that they would treat me well the next time I bought them. Later I purchased a bed with a mattress of 900 euros. They have taken away one euro and reiterated that the next purchase would have treated me well. Be wary of their promises. Staff not serious but not referred to all, there is also a friendly and helpful staff.

Servizio clienti pessimo, non rispondono alle e-mail, ho proposto come soluzione di farmi avere una mensola per l'armadio (valore 50€) unica proposta sconto 8€! Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare presso questo negozio. Purchased a good quality wardrobe, the builders damaged the plasterboard ceiling which needs stucco and whitewashing (new house). Bad customer service, they do not reply to e-mails, I proposed as a solution to have a shelf for the wardrobe (50 € value) the only 8 € discount proposal! I strongly advise against buying from this shop.

Ci sono pezzi molto interessanti e di media e alta qualità Medium-high prices, I assume they are unsold items from shops or factories. There are very interesting pieces of medium and high quality

Abbiamo acquistato una cucina e una camera da letto e siamo rimasti soddisfatti anche del personale addetto al trasporto e montaggio che è molto preciso e scrupoloso. Torneremo sicuramente per un acquisto futuro. Attentive staff always available for every need, lots of choice, well-kept details. We purchased a kitchen and a bedroom and were also pleased with the transport and assembly staff who are very precise and scrupulous. We will definitely be back for a future purchase.

Honestly I expected more, I was looking for a sofa and bathroom furniture; for the sofas the choice was wide but the prices were certainly not from outlet, for the bathroom furniture the choice was only for 3 types ....

S	Salvatore Mercurio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato cucina tre anni fa, dopo nemmeno due anni, la lavastoviglie si stacca dall'incasso; in un primo tempo sono riuscito a sistemarla io, a fine 2021 non è stato più possibile. A febbraio 2022 li ho contattati, e mi hanno detto che non sarebbero venuti subito in merito alla distanza (Zoppola - Udine), io avevo dato l'ok per pagare le spese. Alla fine del discorso gli ho chiesto se sarebbe passato un mese per la riparazione, ma mi hanno detto di no. Morale della favola, sono passati due mesi e mezzo e non si è fatto più vivo nessuno, alla fine la lavastoviglie l'ho fatta riparare da un installatore della zona, che mi ha detto che l'elettrodomestico era stato montato in modo errato. Questi sono atteggiamenti di scarsa professionalità e di mancanza di rispetto verso persone che pagano. In February 2022 I contacted them, and they told me that they would not come immediately regarding the distance (Zoppola - Udine), I had given the ok to pay the expenses. At the end of the speech I asked them if it would take a month for the repair, but they said no. Moral of the story, two and a half months have passed and no one has shown up, in the end I had the dishwasher repaired by an installer in the area, who told me that the appliance had been mounted incorrectly. These are attitudes of lack of professionalism and disrespect towards paying people.
