Tempi lunghi per la consegna. (Un ora di scartoffie che dovevano essere già state compilate alla prenotazione)
Controllo veloce a danni prima della consegna, mentre molto minuzioso al rientro.
(Altro tempo perso).
La riconsegna decisa per le 11 del mattino.
Rientrati in orario ci hanno accusati di essere in riterdo che l'orario era x le 9.
Dopo discussioni inutili
ci hanno dato ragione ammettendo che avevano fatto confusione loro.
Spero non sia sempre così .

The redelivery decided for 11 in the morning.
Returning on time they accused us of being in the belief that the time was x 9.
After useless discussions
they agreed with us by admitting that they had confused them.
I hope that's not always the case.

I mezzi sono adeguati e sempre in ordine.
Tuttavia, l'enorme mole di lavoro a cui sono sottoposti, ha fatto sì che stavolta i mezzi siano stati consegnati non puliti all esterno e l'ispezione alla consegna è stata frettolosa a differenza della parte burocratica che è stata biblica.
Per contro alla riconsegna abbiamo "subito" un ispezione molto dettagliata.
Mi sono anche molto rammaricato poiché nonostante, per venire incontro a una loro esigenza abbiamo riconsegnato i camper alle 11 siamo stati quasi aggrediti perché il cliente successivo era passato prima del tempo .. situazione poi chiarita con un meaculpa da parte della proprietà..

I was also very sorry because despite the fact that, to meet their needs we returned the campers at 11 we were almost attacked because the next customer had passed before the time .. situation then clarified with a meaculpa from the property ..
