★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manuel è una persona gentile che non sa tagliare i capelli. Nessun parruchiere del negozio ha provato risolvere il disastro fatto da lui. Disastro totale . Ho dovuto pagare pure per quel disastro.
Manuel is a kind person who doesn't know how to cut hair. No hairdresser in the shop tried to fix the mess he made. Total disaster. I had to pay for that disaster as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went second time and brought my mom with after my satisfactory experiences last time, which turned out to be extremely disappointing. The service is by far not in par with the price: the initial cut is good when hair was wet, however their hair drying somehow made the look quite bad, and there was no final fixing cut when hair is dry.. in addition, I had to wait when they change person for some 10-15min (there is one person to cut and one person for wash and blow), after which I decided to dry my own hair so I don't need to waste more time, but then was told that the lady will come in 1 min... And of course it was not 1 min.. :)
To make the whole experience worse, their contactless payment did not work, so I had to leave my Mon there as hostage (they insisted) while I go back to our place and fetch the card - of course all the hassle without apologies :)
In short, you need to try your luck in this place, best case one pays happily as the results and services match, worst case one pays also happily so it's done...
