La professionalità e bravura del titolare sono rinomate e indiscusse. Tinte, lavaggi e pieghe sono eseguiti ottimamente dagli altri giovani parrucchieri presenti, che offrono un servizio attento e molto cortese. Le tecniche utilizzate sono varie e all’avanguardia. Il cliente è servito e coccolato in ogni fase. L’offerta di prodotti per la cura dei capelli è ampia e i consigli offerti dal personale sono molto utili. Segnalo che il salone si trova al primo piano di un palazzo, purtroppo senza ascensore. CLAUDIO ERRE is an excellent hairdresser for women and men, centrally located in Como. Se volete farvi coccolare, senza rinunciare a professionalità, qualità ed empatia questo è il posto dove fermarvi per prendervi cura dei vostri capelli. Ho passato una settimana a Como, e avevo disperato bisogno di una piega, perché sono una di quelle clienti che vedono il parrucchiere due volte l'anno. Ho un parrucchiere di fiducia e faccio davvero fatica a fidarmi e mettermi nelle mani di altri quando si tratta dei miei capelli. Giulia è stata molto gentile e professionale nell'accogliermi, e farmi il lavaggio, attenta alla temperatura, al massaggio e al descrivermi cosa stesse facendo e applicando ai miei capelli. Andrea si è poi preso cura della mia piega, è stato paziente e premuroso nel chiedermi quali fossero le mie aspettative per essere sicuro uscissi da lì soddisfatta. Tra le coccole, acqua e caffè offerto, la professionalità e la cura mostrata da Giulia e Andrea, questo è sicuramente un posto dove ritornerei e mi fiderei. I spent a week in Como, and I was in desperate need of a hairdo, because I am one of those clients who see the hairdresser twice a year. I have a trusted hairdresser and I really struggle to trust and put myself in the hands of others when it comes to my hair. Giulia was very kind and professional in welcoming me, and washing me, attentive to the temperature, to the massage and to describe what she was doing and applying to my hair. Andrea then took care of my style, he was patient and thoughtful in asking me what my expectations were to make sure I came out satisfied. Between the pampering, water and coffee offered, the professionalism and care shown by Giulia and Andrea, this is definitely a place where I would return and trust. It is even more difficult to find the hairdresser which can handle my hair in Como ( I feel they handle well the hair for grandma but not for young people ). I am very happy Claudio is really professional , he used many different skills to cut my hair to make it appear naturally without any extra treatment to hurt the hair. All the employees there are very friendly, the environment is very clean, quiet and confortable. It is absolutely worthy the price to enjoy a good service and really professional hair cut skills! A good haircut is to let you easily handle the hair at home. I don't need comb and hairdryer, everyday when i wake up, I just need to use my hands to oragnize the hair then can go out! If you wanna a fashion or elegant with "Quality" hair cut, you must go to ask for Claudio's help!

And her first reaction was like „ew, why?“ and i was very confused why she acted like that. It was so uncomfortable. Anyway. I believe it‘s a very good salon but the reaction was very disappointing.
