★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho usufruito del servizio per pessima relazione con il cliente. Non sono di quelle che dicono che il cliente ha sempre ragione ma credo si debba essere sempre disponibili gentili pro attivi con i clienti anche se hanno le macchine in garanzia e quindi “non pagano”
 I did not use the service due to a bad relationship with the customer. I am not one of those who say that the customer is always right but I believe we must always be available, kind pro active with customers even if they have the machines under warranty and therefore "do not pay"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggerisco a tutti coloro che intendono acquistare un’auto di valutare bene tutte le condizioni contrattuali perché se avrete un ripensamento (previsto per legge entro 14 giorni) sarà un calvario annullare il contatto con conseguente intervento dell’avvocato (come nel mio caso). Peccano in trasparenza e professionalità. Hanno poca propensione all’ascolto e non hanno la minima idea di cosa significhi customer care. Esperienza unica e terrificante (purtroppo).
I suggest to all those who intend to buy a car to carefully evaluate all the contractual conditions because if you have second thoughts (required by law within 14 days) it will be an ordeal to cancel the contact with consequent intervention of the lawyer (as in my case). They sin in transparency and professionalism. They have little propensity to listen and have no idea what customer care means. Unique and terrifying experience (sadly).
