Ho inviato tutto il carteggio a Nissan per una valutazione. Attendo un parere. Poi agirò di conseguenza... Comunque altre concessionarie Nissan di Milano e dintorni mi avevano fatto preventivi tra gli € 250 e € 350 (quelli più cari). Sconsiglio a tutti!! Se non volete essere salassati. Dear!! C	Claudio Macchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato il mio Pathfinder presso questa officina per un totale di 9 mesi l'anno scorso (3 tappe da da 1, 2 e ultima da 6 mesi) per la ricerca della causa di un problema elettronico senza che lo risolvessero. Poi risolto da un'officina generica in 1 settimana. In quei 9 mesi di permanenza mi sono fatto cambiare anche l'olio del cambio automatico. La macchina mi è stata ridata con il problema originale e in più con il cambio che strappa e ritarda nell'innesto delle marce. Da una semplice verifica scopro che mi hanno messo nel cambio l'olio sbagliato diverso da quello prescritto da Nissan pur essendo officina autorizzata Nissan e avendo fato mille mila corsi ufficiali. Questo errore è molto probabilmente la causa dei miei problemi al cambio. Ho fatto notare la cosa ai titolari chiedendo indietro i soldi per quel lavoro sbagliato e per tutta risposta mi hanno detto di andare presso le sedi più opportune a lamentarmi che poi eventualmente ne discutiamo lì. Questa è la professionalità e la correttezza di chi ha commesso in maniera evidente un errore grossolano su una manutenzione prevista su un veicolo Nissan presso la rete ufficiale Nissan. Nel caso qualcuno non ci creda ci sono tanto di fattura e conferma da parte dell'officina dell'olio usato. Esperienza che mi terrà ben lontano da questa officina e dalla rete Nissan in generale. Voi fate pure come credete I left my Pathfinder at this workshop for a total of 9 months last year (3 steps from 1, 2 and last 6 months) to find the cause of an electronic problem without them resolving it. Then solved by a generic workshop in 1 week. During those 9 months of stay I also changed the automatic transmission oil. The machine was given back to me with the original problem and more with the gearshift that tears and retards the engagement of the gears. From a simple verification I find that they put in the exchange the wrong oil different from that prescribed by Nissan despite being a Nissan authorized workshop and having done a thousand thousand official courses. This error is most likely the cause of my gearbox problems. I pointed this out to the owners asking for the money back for that wrong job and in response they told me to go to the most appropriate locations to complain that we then discuss it there. This is the professionalism and correctness of those who have clearly committed a gross error on a scheduled maintenance on a Nissan vehicle at the official Nissan network. In case someone does not believe it there are so much of invoice and confirmation from the workshop of the used oil. Experience that will keep me well away from this workshop and from the Nissan network in general. You do as well as you believe

Sono anni che mi servo dei loro servizi, prima con una Juke e ora con un Qashqai e mi sono trovato sempre bene, dal cambio gomme al tagliando completo. Sicuramente tra le migliori a Milano, consiglio assolutamente. Professionalism and courtesy are the strengths of R&D Car. I have been using their services for years, first with a Juke and now with a Qashqai and I always found myself well, from the tire change to the complete coupon. Definitely among the best in Milan, I absolutely recommend it.
