L’agente che si è occupata della pratica (Sofia) è stata di una gentilezza e professionalità rare, consentendomi di rinnovare il passaporto molto più rapidamente del previsto. Chiaramente una persona che tiene a fare bene il proprio lavoro!
 Excellent experience during the renewal of the passport at the San Marco Commissariat. The agent who took care of the file (Sofia) was of a rare kindness and professionalism, allowing me to renew my passport much faster than expected. Clearly a person who cares about doing their job well!

Sono stati preziosi con le loro indicazioni per farmi rimettere alla guida in sicurezza e nel rispetto delle norme (mi hanno consigliato di usare il passaporto come documento di riconoscimento per usare l'autorizzazione provvisoria di guida).
Nonostante fossi in un momento particolare, mi hanno dato serenità e fatto sorridere.
Appunto simpatico: ero col cane, il quale è stato coccolato e non ci sono stati problemi per la sua presenza.
Trained, friendly and professional staff; they assisted me in reporting my lost documents.
They were invaluable with their information to get me back to driving safely and in compliance with the rules (they advised me to use my passport as an identification document to use the provisional driving authorization).
Although I was in a particular moment, they gave me serenity and made me smile.
Nice note: I was with the dog, which was pampered and there were no problems for its presence.

I've lost my phone in Venice, since I wasn't in Italy anymore when it was found, this person lazy to send it to me (even at my expences+reward) so he took it to the police station (S.Marco) where they told me when I was reporting it that they will send it back at my expences. On the phone my name was written, e-mail and a number on which I was available, but no post, no call, no email..Since I knew it was there, I kept calling every day for 1 month and they kept repeating me "no inglese" and hanging up the phone...I even wrote few e-mails in Italian and still no answer..Finally, after one month I managed to receive on the phone the only person there who speaks English and is not lazy (where was she all that time, previous 30 days, I still cannot figure out) and finally got an explanation why they aren't sending it back..If I didn't call for 30 days every day, I'd never get it back..
