Very poor breakfast. I’d give a better rating if I could book without breakfast. Rooms are fine

Stayed at the Stelle Hotel since the hotel we originally booked ended up being a disappointment. This hotel came as a breeze of relief with all its comforts. The hotel was located a short walk from the Garibaldi station and had all amenities we wanted. There was a pizzeria and a coffee shop downstairs which was a good addition. The area was safe with many shops around the hotel. The buffet breakfast although not vast in choice was good enough for us. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

Stayed there for 3 nights.Staff is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Rooms are average size but well furnished. Breakfast is usually the same everyday. Parking is available at request. The location is right next to naples central and the metro station. So its very easy to commute.

The room is so big and looks clean. The balcony is large and I can enjoy the sunshine. There is ***y restaurants around the hotel. Receptionist is kindly and eager to help me. Only the sound insulation must improve, it is sometimes noisy outside the room!

Excellent hotel connected to the Naples Central Terminal directly on the inside. Stay here cab leave luggage after checkout. Excellent service. Very clean and professional. Many car rental offices in same building which is connected to their garage. This is the perfect location for both leisure and business travelers.

2 nights with 8 month old as a base to explore Naples before heading to the coast. Room was spacious even with free cot provided. Staff helpful and everywhere was clean and quiet even noting the very central location as part of the Garibaldi station complex. Good breakfast. As a functional hotel for travel or business perfect.

AC does not worm in the room: first night room temp 27 degrees, second 26. AC only blows as a fan, does not change from 25. Front desk reset the unit and changed to temp to 17 a but the unit goes back to 25. They said they would fix it the next night. They did not. It seems that the units are fixed at 25 (they offered a smaller first floor room with no discount at 1am first night after I already unpacked). Front desk staff changes so each person does not know the situation and have to repeat. Small walls so you can hear talking in adjacent rooms. Rooms are fine.

If I should give a review without breakfast, air conditioning and in special staff attitude I should note this hotel with 3 stars. Good position and clean, modern furniture and accessories. Only that it was the worst attitude and reaction which I met in a hotel ever. I was the tour leader of a group of 26 persons and I explained from the first day to the manager that it is not possible to be in time with a breakfast served a la carte in a cafeteria. The issue was not only that is not a breakfast space, but a cafe open for everybody. And she has the "services" of the most bored and arrogant waitress. In a morning 3 tourists of my group renounced to the breakfast because the services. Myself I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich and I asked several times the waitress why she don't want to bring it to me. She only cross without answer, without an minimal attention. To the manager this kind of attitude it seemed be normal...Definitively the breakfast of this hotel is only a mockery. And they present to be a 4*. Sorry for this services is maxim a 2*. The other big issue was the air conditioning. It was impossible to have control from the room. For each operation we had to ring to the reception, to have a normal temperature. I had to change a room because doesn't work even with the reception panel help and few rooms complained that they couldn't stop the air. What can I say than a bad experience. To be avoid it is my advice.
