t	tiziano grossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipendenti/titolari scortesi e indisponenti, sono arrivato alle17:00 ho aspettato fino alle 17:30 che aprissero, quando è arrivata si è accorta di nn avere le chiavi..... Ovviamente scocciato ho sollecitato che la mancata consegna del materiale richiesto mi avrebbe causato un danno economico a lvl lavorativo, la signora mi ha risposto vado a prendere le chiavi, dopo di che nn si è più vista...... Sconsiglio vivamente di averci a che fare, poca voglia di lavorare e conseguente mancaza di professionalità nel servizio proposto.... Chi scrive recensioni negative su questo negozio solo per sfogare le proprie frustrazioni, sentendosi uno dei giudici di Masterchef fa bene a non andarci più. Non ho mai visto tanta pazienza e competenza. Probabilmente chi ha ricevuto un trattamento così brutto da mettere 1 stellina l'ha proprio voluto. Saluti I am convinced that all the people who enter Print & Copy and leave satisfied do not need to write a positive review. Anyone who writes negative reviews on this shop just to vent their frustrations, feeling like one of the judges of Masterchef is right not to go there anymore. I have never seen such patience and competence. Probably those who received such bad treatment as to put 1 star really wanted it. Regards

Mi stupisco da tutti i commenti positivi sulla gentilezza e disponibilità perché essendo il loro negozio nel mio quartiere mi è capitato di andarci svariate volte ma la gentilezza non l'ho mai trovata... Prima di scrivere una recensione ho aspettato di essere trattata a "pesci in faccia" una, due, tre, quattro volte... C'è tanta gente brava che ha bisogno di lavorare ma a mio avviso bisogna essere portati per approcciarsi con i clienti altrimenti meglio cambiare lavoro. Quando si parla di professionalità non basta saper solo fare le cose. Il negozio è una vetrina al mondo e la cortesia e la disponibilità verso il cliente è il suo biglietto da visita. I am amazed by all the positive comments on kindness and availability because being their shop in my neighborhood I happened to go there several times but the kindness I never found ... Before writing a review I waited to be treated at " fish in the face "once, twice, three, four times ... There are so many good people who need to work but in my opinion you have to be brought to approach customers otherwise better to change your job. When it comes to professionalism, knowing how to do things is not enough. The shop is a showcase to the world and courtesy and availability towards the customer is its business card.

Allora la ritiro su normalmente staccandola ovviamente di qualche millimetro. La personale mi dice in modo arrogante di rimetterla subito e di uscire immediatamente dal negozio. Io, quasi impaurito dall'arroganza, le dico gentilmente che mi era calata... Qualche secondo dopo le chiedo se era possibile avere la tazza e se si in quanto tempo. Lei mi risponde :- secondo te quanto tempo ci vorrà mai! - anche qui con tono arrogante. Io estremamente stupefatto esco ed incredulo dal comportamento me ne vado. Poco dopo mi giro e vedo 2 persone che dovevano entrate... Contemporaneamente il personale esce e si reca dal altra parte della strada lasciando impietrito i clienti. Sono quasi totalmente sicuro che la mia versione verrà negata dal proprietario proprio come le altre recensioni negative. Vi assicuro che è il personale più scortese che io abbia mai incontrato. Ma davvero preferisco fare più minuti in macchina che avere a che fare con persone che rispondo male e hanno il muso. C'è modo e modo di comportarsi al pubblico e lo so perché ci lavoro pure io. mai e dico mai mi sognerei di rispondere così a dei clienti. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni,ma quando ci vuole ci vuole. Sconsigliatissimo. Really rude staff. It also happened to my boyfriend who went some time ago. It is the closest one. But I really prefer to spend more minutes in the car than dealing with people who respond badly and have a face. There is a way and way to behave to the public and I know it because I work on it too. I would never dream of answering clients like this. I don't usually leave reviews, but when it takes it it takes. Not recommended.
