Chiesto crostini misti senza fegatini e con pane senza glutine.
Mi hanno portato 2 bruschette al pomodoro scondito e il pane non tostato che si è rotto in mano appena preso i pomodori finiti sul tavolo.
Chiesto i ravioli senza glutine al ragù.
E la proprietaria me li ha serviti presentandomi come tortelli una volta corretta mi sono sentita rispondere:"sì quel che è! “.
Ravioli troppo al dente e il ragù aveva ancora la carne appallata e il pomodoro crudo e acidulo. Sicuramente doveva cuocere ancora molto.
Richiesto 1/4 di vino frizzante bianco.
Portato vino alla spina svaporito .
Non merita neanche 1/2 stella.

Asked mixed croutons without livers and with gluten-free bread.
They brought me 2 unseasoned tomato bruschetta and the untoasted bread that broke in my hand as soon as they took the tomatoes that ended up on the table.
Asked for gluten-free ravioli with meat sauce.
And the owner served them for me, introducing me as tortelli, once corrected, I heard the answer: "yes what it is!".
Ravioli too al dente and the meat sauce still had the meat appallata and the raw and sour tomato. Surely it still had to cook a lot.
1/4 of white sparkling wine required.
Brought evaporated draft wine.
It doesn't even deserve 1/2 star.
