Importante portare il pezzo guasto, e fare le foto delle varie targhette con la marca e i numeri del modello perché se il ricambio non è reperibile in genere ne trovano uno che si adatta.
 Very professional and helpful, I have been serving here for many years and over time I have almost always found the spare part I needed, even for very old appliances.
It is important to bring the broken part, and take pictures of the various plates with the brand and model numbers because if the spare part is not available, they will usually find one that fits.
