Però al mio arrivo a casa mi sono accorto che le viti non andavano bene, erano troppo grosse . la mattina seguente sono andato in ferramenta per sostituire i tasselli con altri , per cambiare la merce o comunque per acquistare altro e restituire la merce che non andava bene . La risposta è stata " NO ". Non cambiamo merce . se vuole compra altro e quelli se li tiene. ho provatro a fare capire che sono un loro cliente e che la trovavo strana questa risposta, che altre volte mi hanno cambiato la merce. Mi ha risposto che le altre volte hanno sbagliato !!! Veramente Strano !!! avrei dovuto comprare altro oltre a fare il cambio delle viti e comunque fino ad oggi andavo io e la mia famiglia e i miei amici ad acquistare !! sono stato deluso della risposta e del modo in cui mi ha detto NO, NON CAMBIAMO MERCE. in questa occasione posso dire che mi sono trovato male. per rendere l' idea mi sono sentito trattato come un cliente di serie B quando ho proposto il cmabio merce. mentre quando ho acquistato super professionali. chissà se il venditore o proprioetario che ha rifiutato il cambio con altra merce mi avesse riconosciuto come cliente oppure se fossi stato un cliente che acquistava merce tutti i giorni come mi avrebbe risposto !!! I was disappointed with the answer and the way it said NO, WE DO NOT CHANGE GOODS. on this occasion I can say that I felt bad. to convey the idea, I felt treated as a second-class customer when I proposed the commodity cmabio. while when I bought super professional. who knows if the seller or owner who refused the exchange with other goods had recognized me as a customer or if I had been a customer who bought goods every day as he would have replied !!!
