Personale gentilissimo, disponibile all'ascolto e a consigliare al meglio sempre dando un servizio al cliente. Norme covid rispettate. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma giustificati dalla irreperibilità di alcuni articoli che loro invece hanno a disposizione. Comoda da arrivare, dopo Piazza Carlina. Consiglio vivamente.
Historic hardware. Upon entering it looks like a museum so they have unobtainable items. Very beautiful, very well supplied. Very well organized. Very kind staff, available to listen and to advise in the best possible way, always giving customer service. Covid rules respected. Prices slightly above average but justified by the unavailability of some items that they have available instead. Convenient to arrive, after Piazza Carlina. I highly recommend.

Credo ci sia praticamente tutto e quello che non hanno te lo procurano.
Il negozio è bello come un museo con tutti gli articoli esposti come quadri.
Il personale è gentilissimo e ti aiuta e consiglia.

I think there is practically everything and what they don't have they get you.
The shop is as beautiful as a museum with all the items displayed as paintings.
The staff is very kind and helps and advises you.
