Ci hanno recentemente installato un condizionatore, con un lavoro molto accurato sia internamente che esternamente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff: dalla parte commerciale, molto disponibile ed estremamente gentile alla parte tecnica, competente ed efficiente! E il preventivo è stato imbattibile.
We have been customers of the Pavesio company for decades: a guarantee of quality and professionalism at fair prices, both for boilers and for air conditioning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, zero stelle, non si possono dare, per recensire, ma ATTENZIONE a ciò che firmate perché vi vincolano, con un contratto di 2 anni, rinnovato, poi con tacito consenso, come da articolo 9 paragrafo 4 del suddetto contratto.
Senza tener conto che il mio filtro caldaia ho scoperto ancora sporco dopo la manutenzione ordinaria annuale eseguita ovviamente da loro!
Diffidate, assolutamente anche se sicuramente, risponderanno è tutto falso ma non ho interesse, non essendo del settore.

Unfortunately, zero stars cannot be given, to review, but ATTENTION to what you sign because they bind you, with a 2-year contract, renewed, then with tacit consent, as per article 9 paragraph 4 of the aforementioned contract.
Without taking into account that I found my boiler filter still dirty after the annual routine maintenance obviously performed by them!
Be wary, absolutely even if surely, they will answer it's all false but I have no interest, not being in the sector.

Lavoro effettuato a regola d'arte con attenzione per i dettagli, puntualità nell'appuntamento e ottimo prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale al telefono di una scortesia immane, non mi hanno minimamente aiutato nella risoluzione del problema, non si sono interessati a supportarmi né aiutarmi in alcun modo. Spero che Ariston gli revochi la possibilità di fare assistenza sui prodotti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo solamente 12 giorni dalla verifica, peraltro da loro sollecitata, la caldaia si blocca e mi viene negato, con estrema scortesia, un intervento gratuito del tecnico per la valutazione del problema adducendo che "nessuno si muove per nulla". Questo accade dopo 20 anni di plurimi e costosi interventi di manutenzione ordinaria. Ovviamente, con tale comportamento, il cliente fugge!!
After only 12 days from the verification, however requested by them, the boiler stops and I am denied, with extreme rudeness, a free intervention of the technician for the evaluation of the problem on the grounds that "no one moves at all". This happens after 20 years of multiple and costly routine maintenance. Obviously, with this behavior, the customer runs away !!

Oltre a spostare gli appuntamenti il giorno prima e scarsa comunicazione tra impiegati e tecnici, effettuano interventi quasi al pari di una frode.
Pulizia caldaia diventata sempre più cara di anno in anno (da 80a100); nonostante abbia richiesto assistenza per una riparazione e quindi poi procedere a una pulizia ( di norma prima ai aggiusta poi si attesta il funzionamento) hanno effettuato prima quest'ultima dopo circa 3settimane dalla richiesta e anche se caldaia non funzionante, chiedendo il costo dell'intervento, programmando dopo una settimana (su mia insistenza) un incontro di diagnostica, sempre a fronte di nuovo pagamento, per intervenire un altro giorno ancora. Sono stata 1mese senza riscaldamento e mi preventivavano almeno altre 2 di attesa.
Ora ho risolto chiamando un tecnico di un'altra ditta che in 2giorni mi ha assistito e risolto a molto meno il problema.
In più ho scoperto che la pulizia NON è stata effettuata, sono state trovate persino ragnatele all'interno della caldaia, né tanto meno il controllo fumi! Tutto segnato su libretto ma è una dichiarazione falsa, tanto che dovrò rifarlo!
Questa per me è equiparabile a una vera e propria truffa.
Inoltre prima di ottenere l'appuntamento letteralmente tartassavano di telefonate in ogni orario, quando era necessario per me un intervento tempestivo erano evasivi e pieni di impegni.
Mi sono sentita presa per i fondelli, mi limito a una recensione negativa e alla richiesta essere eliminata dai loro registri clienti, ma ci sarebbero gli estremi per una denuncia.
Edit:minacciosi anche nelle risposte alle recensioni, segno di scarsa per non dire assente professionalità.Sconsigliati in ogni aspetto.

In addition to moving appointments to the day before and poor communication between employees and technicians, they perform interventions almost like fraud.
Boiler cleaning becoming more and more expensive every year (from 80 to 100); despite having requested assistance for a repair and then proceeding with a cleaning (usually first the repairs then the operation is certified) they first carried out the latter after about 3 weeks from the request and even if the boiler is not working, asking for the cost of the intervention , after a week (at my insistence) scheduling a diagnostic meeting, always against a new payment, to intervene another day. I was 1 month without heating and they expected me to wait another 2 months.
Now I solved it by calling a technician from another company who assisted me in 2 days and solved the problem at a much cheaper rate.
In addition, I discovered that the cleaning was NOT carried out, even cobwebs were found inside the boiler, much less the smoke control! All marked in the booklet but it is a false declaration, so much so that I will have to do it again!
For me this is equivalent to a real scam.
Moreover, before getting the appointment, they literally harassed phone calls at all times, when a prompt intervention was necessary for me they were evasive and full of commitments.
I felt taken for a ride, I limit myself to a negative review and the request to be deleted from their customer records, but there would be the details for a complaint.
Edit: threatening even in the responses to reviews, a sign of poor not to mention lack of professionalism. Not recommended in every aspect.
