★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rientrato in casa e mi sono accorto che il condizionatore non funzionava, ho chiamato e in sole due ore sono arrivati, era finito il gas, hanno fatto la ricarica una pulizia dei filtri e tutto si è risolto, efficienza a un buon prezzo. Ottimo servizio, veloci ed onesti.
 I returned to the house and realized that the air conditioner did not work, I called and in just two hours they arrived, the gas was out, the filters were refilled and everything was solved, efficiency at a good price. Great service, fast and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissano un appuntamento alle 9.30 e non si presenta nessuno ! Ne avvisano del ritardo. Chiamo io diverse volte, e mi dicono che il tecnico impegnato nel precedente appuntamento ! Si presenta poi alle 10.30 e invece di scusarsi dice che non e' colpa sua se la logistica gli mette appuntamenti troppo ravvicinati. Insomma e' colpa del cliente se si e' rivolto a loro ! Sconcertante mancanza di professionalita' a dir poco.

Chiamo e mi dicono che è in una ditta che stava facendo lavori urgenti. Questo lo vuoi chiamare professionista? Non credo mica!!! Avete fatto brutta figura senza avviso. Brutta figura!!!
Ok that you are punctual, friendly and professional as the review says but the appointments you have made? I wait 15 minutes from the appointment and it doesn't show up. I call and they tell me it's in a company that was doing urgent jobs. Do you want to call this professional? I don't think so !!! You have made a bad impression without warning. Bad figure !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, inoltre il proprietario è aggressivo con i clienti, lo si vede anche dalle svariate risposte alle recensioni negative (ne ho contate 11 in tutto) in cui minaccia di denunciare l'autore se la recensione non viene cancellata (addirittura anche per quelle senza testo). Forse sarebbe meglio concentrarsi sulla qualità del proprio servizio invece che apparire ridicoli con minacce a cui non si dà seguito (la recensione più vecchia - con relativa minaccia di denuncia - risale al 2018, ben tre anni fa!)
Bad experience, moreover the owner is aggressive with customers, you can also see it from the various responses to negative reviews (I counted 11 in all) in which he threatens to denounce the author if the review is not deleted (even for those without text). Perhaps it would be better to focus on the quality of your service instead of appearing ridiculous with threats that are not followed up (the oldest review - with related threat of complaint - dates back to 2018, three years ago!)
