★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor einiger Zeit meine Bremsbacken austauschen lassen, dabei wurden mir ca. 7€ für eine sogenannte Testfahrt von 10 Sekunden berechnet. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! :(
 Some time ago I had my brake shoes replaced, and I was charged around € 7 for a so-called test drive of 10 seconds. Absolutely not recommendable! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz klasse - wirklich empfehlenswert! Es wird einem schnell und freundlich geholfen. Und dabei noch zu absolut fairen, günstigen Preisen. Das Austauschen von Bremsbelägen der Scheibenbremse war innerhalb 5 Minuten getan - TOP! ???
Very great - really recommendable! It is helped quickly and friendly. And at the same time at absolutely fair, affordable prices. The brake pads of the disc brake were replaced within 5 minutes - TOP! ???

Innerhalb von 10 min. wurde mein Bike repariert.
Öffnungszeiten 19.00Uhr!

I had a flat tire at 6:00 p.m. 6.30 p.m. in the bike shop.
My bike was repaired within 10 minutes.
Opening times 7pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe vor Wochen eine email bzgl. einer Reservierung für ein eBike geschrieben - keine Antwort bekommen. Gestern habe ich dann direkt ein eBike reserviert, laut System hätte ich sofort eine email-Bestätigung bekommen sollen - kam aber nicht. Noch einmal probiert - wieder reserviert, wieder keine email Bestätigung erhalten. Also habe ich noch einmal eine email geschrieben und wieder keine Antwort erhalten. Was soll denn das für ein Kunden-Service sein?
Assolutamente da non consigliare. Ho scritto un'e-mail settimane fa in merito a una prenotazione per un'eBike - non ho ricevuto risposta. Ieri ho prenotato direttamente una eBike, secondo il sistema avrei dovuto ricevere subito una mail di conferma - ma non è arrivata. Riprovato - ancora prenotato, ancora nessuna email di conferma ricevuta. Così ho scritto un'altra e-mail e non ho ricevuto più risposta. Che tipo di servizio clienti dovrebbe essere?
Absolutely not to be recommended. I wrote an email weeks ago regarding a reservation for an eBike - got no answer. Yesterday I reserved an eBike directly, according to the system I should have received an email confirmation immediately - but it didn't come. Tried again - again reserved, again no email confirmation received. So I wrote another email and received no answer again. What kind of customer service is that supposed to be?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio, peccato pochi accessori, per mtb e Touring titolari simpatici e molto disponibili bella esposizione di E-BIKE ho aquistato diverse cose e mi sono trovato molto bene.
Nice shop, too bad few accessories, for mtb and Touring nice and very helpful owners nice display of E-BIKE I bought several things and I found myself very well.
