Wir haben bei Tobike ein E Bike gekauft. Wurden Top beraten. Das Bike wurde uns ordentlich erklärt.
Und auch nach dem Kauf, ist das Personal sehr bemüht dass alles Tip Top läuft .
Wir haben einen riesen Spaß damit. Bike läuft super wird von uns ordentlich und regelmäßig gefahren. So soll es sein...

We bought an e-bike from Tobike. Were top advised. The bike was properly explained to us.
And even after the purchase, the staff tries very hard to ensure that everything runs tip top.
We have a lot of fun with it. Bike runs great and we ride it properly and regularly. That's how it should be...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren letzte Woche in Südtirol beim Radfahren.Dort ist mir das Schaltwerk auf dem Berg gebrochen.Nach einem kurzen Telefonat hat sich der Betreiber auch sofort um alles gekümmert, das Fahrrad ohne lange zu überlegen zerlegt und gleich repariert.
Für den Service und die Art und Weise wie hier mit dem Kunden umgegangen wird, würde ich auch 10 Sterne vergeben, darf ich aber leider nicht?.
Service, Freundlichkeit, Spontanität einfach sagenhaft?
Dafür fahren wir gerne wieder nach Südtirol.
Last week we were cycling in South Tyrol, where I broke the rear derailleur on the mountain. After a short phone call, the operator immediately took care of everything, dismantling the bike without thinking twice and repairing it straight away.
For the service and the way in which the customer is treated here, I would also give 10 stars, but unfortunately I am not allowed to?.
Service, friendliness, spontaneity simply amazing?
We are happy to go back to South Tyrol for this.
