I only needed a pair of laces for my trekking shoes. Absolutely friendly service from three employees including help with threading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider lassen sie alles bzgl. Snowboard ausgehen oder haben schon gar nichts mehr. Deshalb war mein Besuch umsonst.
Unfortunately, they let go of everything related to snowboarding or they have nothing left at all. So my visit was in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented e-bikes but they gave us empty batteries. We asked for a compensation for our unfortunate event and they even tried to let us pay more because we were literally 2 minutes to late due to the empty batteries. We were very disappointed in the service of the woman.
