I titolari oltre ad essere gentili ed educati sanno dare consigli all’alpinista esperto e all’escursionista della domenica........sono cliente da più di 20 anni e lo sarò per parecchio tempo ancora! Uno sci denunciava una frattura della struttura portante in carbonio. Dopo una prima analisi visiva , il titolare decideva di spedire lo sci in fabbrica per un'analisi dell'accaduto. Mi consegnava un paio di sci nuovi da poter sfruttare durante le gite domenicali a titolo gratuito. Dopo pochi giorni la casa costruttrice degli sci comunicava che saranno spediti sci nuovi in sostituzione. Ringrazio per il trattamento che mi hanno riservato i Sig.ri Regis, titolari di Sportman, e consiglio vivamente gli acquisti presso il loro negozio. Grande professionalità e serietà commerciale, se l'acquisto fosse stato effettuato su Internet come avrei potuto gestire una situazione così complessa? I had a serious problem with a pair of touring skis bought by Sportman at the end of last season. One ski showed a fracture of the carbon supporting structure. After a first visual analysis, the owner decided to send the ski to the factory for an analysis of what had happened. He gave me a new pair of skis that I could use on Sunday trips for free. After a few days the ski manufacturer communicated that new skis will be sent in replacement. I am grateful for the treatment that Mr. Regis, owners of Sportman, have given me and I highly recommend shopping at their shop. Great professionalism and commercial seriousness, if the purchase had been made on the Internet how could I have managed such a complex situation?
