Aber die Schwachstelle scheint bei Brose-Antrieben der 2020-er Produktion bekannt zu sein. Das Problem: niemand da weit und breit, der mir helfen kann. Und will. Vor allem wegen der aufwendigen bürokratischen Prozedur bezüglich der Gewährleistung. Und dann der Chef vom Staffler-Bike: ein sympathischer pragmatischer Typ, absoluter Fachmann und ohne Furcht vor Bürokratie-Monstern. Er regelt alles innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Organisiert und verbaut einen nagelneuen Motor und rettet mir meinen Rad-Urlaub. Der Mann ist mein Held! Sowas müsste es öfter geben. Da wird der Service-Gedanke noch groß geschrieben. But the weak point seems to be known for Brose drives from 2020 production. The problem: no one far and wide who can help me. And want to. Mainly because of the time-consuming bureaucratic procedure regarding the guarantee. And then the boss of the Staffler-Bike: a personable, pragmatic guy, absolute expert and without fear of bureaucracy monsters. He takes care of everything within 24 hours. Organizes and installs a brand new engine and saves my cycling holiday. The man is my hero! There should be something like that more often. The service concept is still very important. Hatte ein Problem mit dem Tretlager, wurde sofort darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt, dass zuerst die eigenen verkauften Fahrräder repariert werden und ich dort fragen soll, wo ich es gekauft hätte. Sie könnten mir hier nicht weiterhelfen. Daumen nach unten und das Letzte Mal etwas gekauft bei euch... Sorry guys, but help / service / friendliness looks different. Had a problem with the bottom bracket and was immediately informed that the bikes I had sold would be repaired first and that I should ask where I would have bought it. You couldn't help me here. Thumbs down and the last time I bought something from you guys ...

Gerät mit Fehlermeldung 414 Am Samstag kurz vor Ladenschluss bei Staffler Bike gewesen und den Fall geschildert. Sofort wurde mir angeboten mein Rad noch zu bringen und am Montag repariert abzuholen. Montag 8:30 uhr SMS bekommen. Rad ist fertig. Super Service...Danke noch mal Thank you ... vacation saved. Neyon was out of contact. Device with error message 414 Went to Staffler Bike on Saturday shortly before closing time and described the case. I was immediately offered to bring my bike and pick it up on Monday after it was repaired. Get a text message on Monday at 8:30 a.m. Wheel is ready. Great service ... thanks again

Top Service zu einem absolut fairen Preis !! Absolute Empfehlung! Super nice contact! After making an appointment by telephone, I handed in my e-bike at 3 p.m. and was able to pick it up at 3:45 p.m. Top service at an absolutely fair price! Absolute recommendation!

Ich kam Ende Juni 2021 mit einem defekten E-Bike-Akku nach Lana und Josef Staffler hat das Unmögliche möglich gemacht. Er hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt und mir innerhalb von 2 Tagen einen neuen Akku besorgt & dadurch meinen / unseren Urlaub gerettet - aus diesem Grund würde ich sogar 6 Sterne geben wollen. Ich kann Staffler Bike uneingeschränkt empfehlen & würde ggf. sogar mein nächstes E-Bike bei Ihm kaufen - auch wenn ich dafür extra nach Südtirol fahren müsste... Macht weiter so!!! Viele Grüße nach Lana The Staffler Bike team is simply GREAT! I arrived at the end of June 2021 with a defective e-bike battery according to Lana and Josef Staffler made the impossible possible. He pulled out all the stops and me within 2 days procured a new battery & thereby my / our vacation saved - for this reason I would even want to give it 6 stars. I can unreservedly recommend Staffler Bike & possibly even would buy my next e-bike from him - even if I have to pay extra for it would have to go to South Tyrol ... keep it up !!! Um 15:00 das Radl abgegeben, gegen 18:00 kam eine sms. " Dein Radl isch fertig. Gruß Josef. Hinterradfelge wurde erneuert - Urlaub geht weiter! So ein Service ist eine wunderbare Sache. Vielen Dank nochmal dem Josef Staffler und seiner Firma. Our bike was demolished in an accident. Great need! The advice from the landlord, "go to the staffer on Lana, who will definitely help.
