Comunque lo standard resta alto e proprio per questo i proprietari dovrebbero tener conto, ad esempio, di alcuni difetti come l'eccesso di besciamella nelle lasagne con le verdure. Non prendono l'ordine, non perché fossero chiuse le ordinazioni, ma perché non era necessario in quanto la pasta sfoglia l'hanno sempre. Insisto, ma niente. Mi reco 3 volte per comprarla e ovviamente non c'era mai in quanto terminata. Ogni volta mi dicevano di ripassare e ogni volta terminava. Veramente una forte mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente che ci ha procurato del disagio per il cenone della vigilia. Tolto questo episodio i ravioli e la pasta fresca sono buoni. I piatti preparati sono pieni di besciamella o altre creme e quindi risultano molto pesanti. Le verdure preparate cotte insapori. Prezzi cari.
