Da esperto di cucina posso garantire che difficilmente trovi una CARBONARA come comanda Dea Cucina. Cottura pasta al punto giusto, guanciale croccante e per il resto vi dico che è stato un piacere gustare un piatto delizioso della cucina romana e la cosa più sorprendente che il cuoco non e' Romano, e neanche Italiano. Ho consigliato al titolare di non farselo scappare. OTTIMA CUCINA, LOCALE ACCOGLIENTE, PERSONALE MOLTO DISPONIBILE. COMPLIMENTI! Today December 24th in my opinion and after 30 that I live in Rome, and so by chance, in this place I tasted a CARBONARA worthy of the name. As a cooking expert I can guarantee that you will hardly find a CARBONARA as Dea Cucina commands. Cooking pasta at the right point, crispy bacon and for the rest I tell you that it was a pleasure to taste a delicious dish of Roman cuisine and the most surprising thing that the cook is not Roman, nor Italian. I advised the owner not to miss it. EXCELLENT CUISINE, WELCOMING LOCAL, VERY AVAILABLE STAFF. COMPLIMENTS!

Davvero mi hanno ancora entusiasmato gli ottimi piatti che abbiamo scelto, freschi e di qualità e curati. La varietà è tanta, la qualità appunto altissima e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff straordinaria. Non da ultimo segnalo il localino delizioso con possibilità di mangiare fuori al sole dell'inverno come oggi abbiamo fatto, il che non guasta certo. Grazie di esserci... Sono di Balduina ma volentieri prenderò di nuovo la macchina per venire presto a ritrovarvi. I confirm the first time a few weeks ago. The variety is great, the quality is very high and the kindness of all the staff is extraordinary. Last but not least, I would like to point out the delightful little place with the possibility of eating out in the winter sun as we did today, which certainly does not hurt. Thanks for being there ... I'm from Balduina but I will gladly take the car again to come and see you soon.
