The prices are certainly not cheap, but the food and drinks are of excellent quality, the shop is new and attractive in style, and the staff are friendly.

Un panino, una spremuta d'arancia (che aveva una insolita schiuma tipo birra) e un pezzetto di torta 12 euro e ci ha impiegato quasi un minuto per battere il prezzo alla cassa. Personale lento e impacciato. Ho dovuto ripetere tre volte l'ordine. Essendo self service e dovendo portare fuori ai tavoli quanto ordinato avevo bisogno di un vassoio per il trasporto che non volevano darmi. Mai più To be avoided. A sandwich, a freshly squeezed orange juice (which had an unusual beer-like foam) and a piece of cake 12 euros and it took almost a minute to beat the price at the cashier. Slow and clumsy staff. I had to repeat the order three times. Being self-service and having to take what ordered out to the tables I needed a transport tray that they didn't want to give me. Never again

Lo spritz è tutto ghiaccio ed è accompagnato da 4 misere pizzette e 2 tartine (in 2 persone) MAI PIU BAD aperitif .... increased the cost but made a decent aperitif! The spritz is all ice and is accompanied by 4 miserable pizzas and 2 canapés (for 2 people) NEVER AGAIN

Non prenderò più nulla che non sia un semplice caffè. 6 mignon 1 coffee and 1 ginseng 8 euros. It seems to me really excessive even if the quality is excellent. Not even we were in the center of Rome. I will no longer take anything other than a simple coffee.

Basterebbe poco per rispettare le regole e i clienti, ma forse per loro è troppo? Purtroppo ci viene data una di quelle che evidentemente era lì da molto più tempo delle altre, sospetto poi confermato una volta arrivati a casa e assaggiata: immangiabile, un blocco gommoso dove ogni sua parte aveva completamente perso sapore, ogni strato la stessa consistenza, dopo due assaggi è finita nel posto dove sarebbe dovuta andare invece che in vendita, nella pattumiera. Molto molto deluso. We stopped to grab a single serving of Cheesecake to eat at home after dinner, attracted by the good looks of the products on the counter. Unfortunately we are given one of those that evidently had been there for much longer than the others, I suspect then confirmed once we got home and tasted it: inedible, a chewy block where every part of it had completely lost flavor, each layer the same consistency, after two tastings ended up in the place where it should have gone instead of for sale, in the dustbin. Very very disappointed.
