Si spacciano per installatori ufficiali di Blocco Usai, ti dicono in 2 giorni montiamo e ti ridiamo l’auto.
Ebbene dopo 2 giorni mi chiamano e mi dicono che devono mandare l’auto alla Toyota perché durante l’installazione sono stati danneggiati dei sensori.
Rivedo l’auto dopo 10 giorni durante i quali non mi hanno fatto una sola chiamata per informarmi di cosa accadeva e rassicurarmi sulla pronta restituzione dell’auto. Il giorno della consegna, dove l’auto presenta ancora un sensore non funzionante che dovro’ ripristinare in seguito portando l’auto per 2/3 giorni ancora alla Toyota di Caserta, chiedo a questi “fantomatici” installatori quanto dovrei pagare per il loro “lavoro” e mi chiedono la cifra originale. In pratica per loro il disagio creato e un sensore non funzionante ancora, non era colpa loro. Ma il bello viene quando gli faccio presente la cosa e mi rispondono “mica è colpa nostra, quando non vi rivolgete ad una officina della casa madre, siete consapevoli che certe cose possono capitare”
In pratica ha certificato che sono mestieranti che lavorano alla cieca, espongono locandine “installatore ufficiale” ma evidentemente non hanno fatto i corsi necessari per poter eseguire i lavori a regola d’arte su tutte le macchine.

In practice for them the discomfort created and a sensor not working yet, it was not their fault. But the beauty comes when I tell him the thing and they answer me "it's not our fault, when you don't turn to a workshop of the parent company, you are aware that certain things can happen"
In practice, he has certified that they are craftsmen who work blind, displaying “official installer” posters but evidently they have not done the necessary courses to be able to perform the work properly on all the machines.
