★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un po' basita (e mi sono contenuta) del modus operandi di questa agenzia in merito ai biglietti per disabili.
Chiamo con largo anticipo per un concerto e mi viene detto che siccome bisogna dare precedenza ai disabili 100% non possono accogliere la mia richiesta e di ritentare dopo un mese. (Già questo è di una assurdità mai vista, mai capitato con nessun altra agenzia)
Ritento dopo un mese e i posti sono terminati ahimè. Ditemi voi se è normale!
 I am a little appalled (and I have contained myself) about the modus operandi of this agency with regard to disabled tickets.
