Il personale è qualificato e preparato, ma la struttura è gestita senza un minimo di criterio ed elasticità, sulla base di un fantomatico regolamento che viene sbandierato dai vigilanti solo a scopo repressivo (modello carcerario). I pazienti sono spesso abbandonati nei propri letti (salvo i casi in cui si possano muovere da soli), e I responsabili sono irreperibili (guarda caso) proprio nelle poche ore in cui la struttura viene aperta alle visite di parenti ed amici dei degenti che quindi hanno le mani legate e non possono difendere i propri congiunti.  Very poor rehabilitation center. The staff is qualified and trained, but the structure is managed without a minimum of criteria and flexibility, on the basis of an elusive regulation that is heralded by the vigilantes only for repressive purposes (prison model). Patients are often abandoned in their beds (except in cases where they can move on their own), and those in charge are unavailable (coincidentally) in the few hours in which the facility is open to visits from relatives and friends of the patients who their hands are tied and cannot defend their relatives.
