Incinta al 9 mese e la signora della reception, nonostante le dico che non mi sento bene, a pochi gg dal parto, con acidità mi dice di prendere il numero e di aspettare il mio turno.... Peccato non aver trovato posto da Varelli, luogo in cui senza neanche chiedere si dà priorità alle donne incinte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima l'accettazione, gli orari di prenotazione sono pura formalità e a dis crezione del medico che svolge l'esame. Per di più coloro che non sono presenti al momento della chiamata non finiscono in coda ma beatamente entrano appena arrivano perché ad ogni visita si ricomincia l'appello da capo nonostante l'orario del loro appuntamento sia già passato da tempo, quindi prendetevela comodamente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 giorni fa feci una fila dopo aver preso ovviamente il numero.. prenotazione fatta..appuntamento 10.30 di oggi 25 gennaio 2021..altro numero ...altra fila..assembramenti fuori il poliambulatorio...ma un po di organizzazione..???soprattutto in questo periodo di pandemia...sarebbero da evitare queste doppie attese...al momento della prenotazione con prescrizione medica..si paga e si torna con appuntamento da rispettare.. senza troppe file...
Ma poi scrivessi che l'appuntamento è orientativo e si deve rifare la fila!! Organizzazione del tutto discutibile
Ah.. dopo un attesa di più di mezz'ora..il radiologo mi dice..che fanno la risonanza magnetica al piede..ma non alle dita... il loro macchinario non va bene...errore fatto da chi ha accettato la prenotazione..doveva dirlo..xke sulla prescrizione è segnato piede...
Superficialità e disorganizzazione..
Ancora una cosa..prenotare al telefono..impossibile..non risponde nessuno a nessun orario...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciate le persone al telefono senza mai rispondere in qualsiasi orario. Se una persona non può venire fisicamente x fare una prenotazione deve delegare senno addio e cambiate quella persona acida e arrogante che sta' alla reception non vi dico chi perché e l'unica,sportello a sinistra.sono venuto alle18 e il cancello già era chiuso in guardiola mi hanno detto che chiudono alle18.perche sul sito dice alle 19.00 ? Poca serietà e professionalità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che mi reco a fare degli esami di controllo in questo poliambulatorio ma ci vado unicamente per la presenza del eccellente dott. Sorrentino da cui faccio l'ecografia e sono anni che la vergognosa situazione del personale alla reception peggiora sempre di più.La maleducazione regna sovrana.Schifo totale
For years I have been going to do some control exams in this clinic but I only go there for the presence of the excellent dr. Sorrentino from whom I do the ultrasound and for years the shameful situation of the reception staff gets worse and worse. Rudeness reigns supreme. Total disgust.
