A	Alessia Sirangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto delusa dall'atteggiamento poco professionale che ha avuto la struttura nel momento della chiusura per covid e successivamente. Durante il lockdown (da Marzo a Giugno) non hanno comunicato in nessun modo con i propri membri per informare e rassicurare sulle modalità di recupero degli abbonamenti annuali. Quando hanno finalmente potuto riaprire, non hanno posticipato la data di scadenza degli abbonamenti annuali in modo equivalente al periodo di tempo perso durante il lockdown (come hanno fatto invece la maggior parte delle palestre in Italia); in alternativa hanno creato delle "offerte" relative al rinnovo degli abbonamenti annuali prima alzando il prezzo totale e poi facendo lo sconto per i mesi persi, in sostanza si andava a pagare esattamente come l'anno precedente se non di più! E a chi per OVVIE RAGIONI non ha voluto rinnovare l'abbonamento annuale, hanno offerto un voucher (dopo assurde richieste di invio di estratto conto per dimostrare il pagamento), utilizzabile però solamente sottoscrivendo un abbonamento di due mesi + iscrizione, portando quindi l'utente della palestra a dover spendere ulteriori soldi. Una presa in giro bella e buona! 0 comunicazione 0 professionalità. Peccato perché la struttura è valida e anche molti insegnanti lo sono, ma la gestione in questa occasione è stata pessima!!! During the lockdown (from March to June) they did not communicate in any way with their members to inform and reassure them on how to recover their annual subscriptions. When they were finally able to reopen, they did not postpone the expiration date of the annual passes in a way equivalent to the period of time lost during the lockdown (as did most of the gyms in Italy); alternatively, they created "offers" relating to the renewal of annual subscriptions, first by raising the total price and then making the discount for the lost months, essentially you were going to pay exactly like the previous year if not more! And to those who, for OVVIE RAGIONI, did not want to renew the annual subscription, they offered a voucher (after absurd requests to send an account statement to prove payment), which can only be used by signing up for a two-month subscription + registration, thus bringing the gym user having to spend additional money. A nice and good tease! 0 communication 0 professionalism. Too bad because the structure is good and many teachers are too, but the management on this occasion was very bad !!!

Very helpful, clean and well-kept place. Very good Giorgia swimming instructor. Nice gym and changing rooms ... The mixed one is a bit small.
