Ho atteso le ho detto che sarei tornata ma non so.. Il metodo di allenamento con elettrostimolazione è nuovo, diverso da tutte le altre realtà della zona e, a mio giudizio, efficace. I costi sono decisamente superiori alla media delle iscrizioni in palestra ma ritengo che sia comunque ben adeguato ai servizi che danno: Professionisti competenti (laureati in scienze motorie) che segue il tuo allenamento in rapporto 1:1. Non è possibile fare male un esercizio, vieni coretto... subito! L'allenamento è stato diverso ogni volta che ci sono andato, personalizzato per me. Ciò che ho sinceramente apprezzato di più è stato il fatto che il trainer non mi ha mai lasciato solo e mi incitasse a continuare anche quando non ce la facevo più, in questo modo ho tenuto alto il ritmo anche quando avrei mollato. Aspetto fino alle 19.15 nessuno si palesa tantomeno per avvertirmi del ritardo e in quel caso avrei aspettato ulteriormente senza problemi. Decido cosi di prendere su e andare via. Mi sembra una mancanza di rispetto soprattutto per uno che va li intenzionato a comprare un servizio! Great workout and really nice and clean facility. Really good to have individual locker rooms in this time of COVID concerns.

Eseguo la mia sessione in totale sicurezza e con gli occhi di una delle personal esperte sempre su di me! Spogliatoi individuali e impeccabili...non scontato visto il periodo! Inaugurata da poco anche l'estetica con Melania...davvero bravissime tutte!? Professionalism and competence are the first things that come to my mind when entering Fit Lab! I run my session in total safety and with the eyes of one of the personal experts always on me! Impeccable individual changing rooms ... not obvious given the period! Aesthetics have also recently been inaugurated with Melania ... all really good! ?
