Più che palestra tradizionale è più giusto dire area fitness, in quanto oltre alla sala pesi, è presente una sala stretching, una sala cardio, una sala spinning, percorso corpo libero e un'area solarium, in più è possibile fare massaggi ed usufruire di un osteopata su richiesta. Tutto molto semplice per gli iscritti, si accede tramite card codificata attraverso i tornelli. Dietro la palestra è presente un ampissimo parcheggio per le auto. Sono presenti armadietti con lucchetto(non fornito) e l'area doccia è a pagamento, ogni gettone costa 50 centesimi. Sono presenti distributore caffè, di barrette energetiche e di bevande, tutte ovviamente a pagamento. La palestra si presenta bene e il prezzo è super concorrenziale circa 290 euro per l'abbonamento annuo, il solo disponibile, oppure è possibile allenarsi pagando la seduta 10 euro circa. È possibile fare una lampada abbronzante per 10 euro oppure fare l'abbonamento annuo di soli 80 euro, illimitato. Non do più di 4 stelle semplicemente perché non è presente un istruttore in sala, é presente solo un display dove poter vedere gli esercizi, la manutenzione delle macchine è scarsa, la cura della sala inesistente (sono ben visibili le crepe al PVC a terra) e la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore, in più in sala, ognuno fa ciò che vuole, non rispettando le normali norme igieniche, mi riferisco al fatto di usare il telo sugli attrezzi. Le macchine per la pesistica sono poche e negli orari di caos si fa fatica ad allenarsi. Punto Fit is a gym in Forlì in via Bertini. More than a traditional gym, it is more fair to say fitness area, as in addition to the weight room, there is a stretching room, a cardio room, a spinning room, a free body path and a solarium area, plus you can do massages and take advantage of an osteopath on request. All very simple for members, accessed through a coded card through the turnstiles. Behind the gym there is a very large car park. There are lockers with locks (not supplied) and the shower area is subject to charges, each token costs 50 cents. There are coffee, energy bars and drinks vending machines, all of course for a fee. The gym is well presented and the price is super competitive around 290 euros for the annual subscription, the only one available, or you can train by paying the session around 10 euros. You can make a tanning lamp for 10 euros or make an annual subscription of only 80 euros, unlimited. I don't give more than 4 stars simply because there is no instructor in the room, there is only a display where you can see the exercises, the maintenance of the machines is poor, the care of the room does not exist (the cracks on the ground are clearly visible) and cleaning could be better, in addition in the room, everyone does what they want, not respecting the normal hygiene rules, I refer to the fact of using the towel on the tools. Weight lifting machines are few and in times of chaos it is difficult to train.

Mancanza di personale specializzato, ci vorrebbe qualcuno fisso che vada da persona a persona a dire cosa sta sbagliando e che se lo fa male ci sono dei rischi, cosa che manca in questa palestra. Dotata di attrezzi e il necessario per allenarsi, consigliata per chi ha già esperienza in materia. Ovvio, ''l'acquisto'' di un personal trainer c'è, ma è diverso essere seguiti e fare una scheda su misura e correggere degli errori che potrebbero portare delle gravi conseguenze. Vedo e noto gente che fa esercizi in malomodo, e non essendo esperto, non posso permettermi di dire come eseguire bene il loro lavoro. Mi mette tanta tristezza questa cosa, è come se il denaro valesse più della salute. Anche se ammetto, che essendo una bella palestra, pagherei volentieri qualche euro in più pur di avere qualcuno di fisso lì che gestisca un po' la situazione. Tra l'altro, mancanza di aria condizionata (Posso capire per covid, ma impensabile con 35 gradi a luglio e chiusi). Del resto tutto bello, peccato per il servizio inesistente. E peccato per gli orari ridotti drasticamente, l'accesso il sabato pomeriggio, la domenica mattina e fino alle dieci era tanta roba!! Not recommended for beginners. Why am I saying this? I see and notice people doing bad exercises, and not being an expert, I can't afford to tell you how to do their job well. This thing makes me so sad, it is as if money was worth more than health. Although I admit, being a nice gym, I would gladly pay a few euros more just to have someone permanent there to handle the situation a bit. By the way, lack of air conditioning (I can understand for covid, but unthinkable with 35 degrees in July and closed). After all, everything is nice, too bad for the non-existent service. And shame about the drastically reduced hours, access on Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and up to ten was a lot of stuff !!

Ho pagato la prima rata dell'abbonamento annuale per fare un solo mese di palestra e per poter usufruire dei mesi restanti di recupero, dovrei pagare più di 200€, con la possibilità che richiudano nuovamente e con il risultato di "mantenere" le loro spese senza mai fruirne. L'anno scorso hanno fatto lo stesso "giochino"; SE VUOI RECUPERARE I MESI DI CHIUSURA DEVI FARE L'ABBONAMENTO"! Beh, io ho perso i soldi, voi un cliente! o	omaima bedrani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ben attrezzata, purtroppo do una stella perché sono andata a fare la prova e anzitutto me l’hanno venduta come gratuita e alla fine ho dovuto pagare l’assicurazione e fa lo stesso, non è questa la nota dolente. La pecca è stata che, essendo nuova non mi è stato spiegato nulla, non sono stata seguita nonostante la palestra fosse vuota. Assenza totale di comunicazione e di spiegazioni sull’uso e posizionamento degli attrezzi. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò. Se devono giustificare la qualità del servizio con la scusa del prezzo basso, preferisco pagare di più ma essere trattato almeno in modo decente.
