Kind of place you hesitate to post great comments as you would like to keep it to yourself :)
Everything is fantastic, the hotel, location, the restaurant, the owners and the staff.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it here. Very quiet town but a nice place to stop. It was just relaxing swimming in the pool and the restaurant was also first class for both dinner and breakfast. Excellent service too and a lot of fun with the waiters.

Specially when it comes to a price/quality evaluation. Still it lacks a bit of charm and care for details such as the odd space in front of the swimming pool where it should be a bar but instead it is an empty not well kept space. Some we could say about the bathroom with a non functional door and a not handy at all system to close the shower area...

We stopped here for lunch during our motorbike trip and we weren't disappointed.
The menu successfully conjugates elements of the local tradition with new experimental elements. For example I took a battuta di fassone with strawberry mayonaisse which was delicious! (You can see it in of the two pictures attached).
We also very much enjoyed their egg pasta with black truffle as well as their mix of local cheeses. We drank a Chardonnay of their own production and were very happy with that as well.
Fully reccomended to everyone looking for a full great experience.
