In tempo di lock down ho chiesto due bagbox da 20 lt. ma ho ricevuto un vino torbido, pieno di fondo praticamente imbevibile. Il barbera e il freisa, la tipologia che acquisto, hanno un boccato abbastanza piacevole. Contrariamente ai vini di altre contrade, quando spillo questo, se toccato, mi lascia le dita violacee, un violaceo difficile da rimuovere pur lavando le mani con il sapone. Chissà perché? Ribadisco la bontà e la validità di questa attività situata in posto strategico alle porte di Moncalvo. Bravi veramente a tenere alto il livello della qualità dei prodotti, attenti alle innovazioni e alla cura del cliente. Un po' più di marketing per curare la visibilità non guasterebbe.
