Gli agnolotti, anch'essi, stupefacenti. Si percepiva chiaramente che erano fatti in casa. Il guanciotto saporito e così tenero che sembra burro fa chiaramente intendere che in cucina c'è chi ha lavorato per 12 anni in macelleria! E, per nostra fortuna, siamo stati anche accuditi dalla signora che, nonostante avesse tutta la sala da gestire, trovava il tempo per fare due chiacchiere con noi e raccontarci alcuni aneddoti della sua vita e del suo lavoro. Storia interessante che non voglio spoilerare qui. Se avete la possibilità, fatevela raccontare :) Per non parlare dei prezzi bassi, direi calmierati. Assolutamente da non perdere Delighted to have dined here. I chose the tasting menu and each course was delicious. The incredibly good meat tartare, indescribable. The agnolotti, also amazing. It was clear that they were homemade. The cheek that is tasty and so tender that it looks like butter makes it clear that in the kitchen there are those who have worked for 12 years in a butcher's shop! And, luckily for us, we were also looked after by the lady who, despite having the whole room to manage, found the time to have a chat with us and tell us some anecdotes about her life and work. Interesting story that I don't want to spoil here. If you have the chance, let them tell you :) Not to mention the low prices, I would say calm down. Absolutely not to be missed

Tutte veritiere!Accoglienza ottima, personale delizioso, gentile e simpatico. Il locale è accogliente e spazioso, con attenzione alle norme covid vigenti. Il menu offre una selezione di piatti tipici locali e una vasta gamma di vini. La tagliata è una delle migliori mai mangiate prima. Siamo usciti super soddisfatti. Qualità/prezzo ottima! We booked my boyfriend and I in this restaurant invited by the beautiful reviews on the internet and I would say we had a great time! All truthful! Excellent welcome, delightful staff, kind and nice. The restaurant is welcoming and spacious, with attention to the covid regulations in force. The menu offers a selection of typical local dishes and a wide range of wines. The tagliata is one of the best ever eaten before. We went out super satisfied. Excellent quality / price! It will be one of our favorite stops! Eleonora

D	Davide Brustia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think you can have better taste of what Italian traditional food is lie than this amazing restaurant, located in a hidden corner of moncalvo. We went there for the celebration of the "fat ox" where you can have a look at some stunning animals being rewarded, and have a walk around an ancient town of italy, located among hills. Speaking if this restaurant, they started to serve some antipasto of salumi, delicious Italian salami made with ox. Then they kept going with tagliata, which is some ox raw meat, very tender, cutted by hand very finely and added only oil some lemon, salt and pepper. Capsicum with ragù on top, mind blowing sweet taste, for then serving the famous "bollito" parts of the ox just boiled. Among those parts we have some cotechino, some tender muscles, some tendons, tongue, some parts of the head of the ox and others ??.. For the finishing with ravioli.. Not to forget to mention the dessert ??.. This restaurant has also a wide choice of wines.. Superb. Expect to pay from 20 to 30 euros each person.
