★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo: Menù degustazione di altissima qualità con piatti ricercati e gusti decisi. La presentazione dei piatti è ottima e la selezione dei vini ampia e ben descritta del sommelier.
Servizio: il personale di sala è stato decisamente ottimo, non solo per la presentazioe di altissima qualità, ma anche per la giusta quantità di formalità e convivialità che serve durante una cena. Soprattutto un ragazzo giovane mi ha dato un'ottima impressione perché si vedeva che conosceva cosa stava servendo e lo faceva con amore.
 Food: High quality tasting menu with refined dishes and strong tastes. The presentation of the dishes is excellent and the wine selection extensive and well described by the sommelier.
Service: the dining room staff was very good, not only for the very high quality presentation, but also for the right amount of formality and conviviality that it serves during a dinner. Especially a young guy made a very good impression on me because you could see he knew what he was serving and did it with love.

Guys we are in 2022 stop making the menus with prices only for males. Nowadays, most women can afford to pay for their own dinner. It's really an insult ?

Il servizio è pressochè impeccabile.
Il menù proposto è curato e interessante.
Ho mangiato i migliori "plin" di sempre e non sono proprio "di bocca buona"...
Anche la cantina merita rispetto, la "carta dei vini" la terrei volentieri sul comodino per una, educativa, lettura serale.
Il conto è coerente con il contesto.
Personalmente eliminerei almeno alcuni degli assaggini proposti dallo chef, tanti, troppi, sicuramente particolari ma propprio per questo non necessariamente graditi da tutti.
Comunque tornerò.
The location is suggestive, well-kept and very pleasant.
The service is almost flawless.
The proposed menu is refined and interesting.
I ate the best "plin" ever and I'm not really "good-mouthed" ...
Even the cellar deserves respect, the "wine list" I would gladly keep on the bedside table for an educational evening reading.
The bill is consistent with the context.
Personally I would eliminate at least some of the tastings proposed by the chef, many, too many, certainly particular but for this reason not necessarily appreciated by everyone.
Anyway I'll be back.

This has been a marvelous stay, one of the best in the last years. The hotel has tons of beauty and an unbelievable professional staff. The welcome was given by Fausto, Francesca and Luigi at the front desk. They're all so good looking and gentle.
We have booked a deluxe room next to the Spa, highly recommended, which was perfectly cleaned (thanks to Diana the housekeeper), spacious and warm.
The evening was succeeded by a delicious dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant. The Chef Gabriele Boffa is so able and kind as to come at the table and greet personally. His dishes; a beauty to the eyes and a delight to the palate. The service was handled by Thomas and Martino which are amazing, so knowledgeable and kind.
This lovely hotel has got a nice Spa as well, which makes the whole experience just astonished. Sauna, bath steam and lovely pool overlooking the beautiful colours of autumn.
Overall I have got a suggestion: the illumination in the bathroom has to be better, we ladies need enough light for the make up ;) and the television in the room is a little bit old.
