★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo come mai non esista un centralino e non risponda nessuno al telefono, Non capisco se non possono rispondere perchè manca un'ora alla chiusure oppure se sono chiusi per ferie . A mio avviso sarebbe strano che un servizio di pubblica utilità sia chiuso per ferie senza nessuna comunicazione , nè sul sito e neppure tramite risponditore automatico. Non ho altri commenti.
I wonder why a switchboard does not exist and no one answers on the phone, I do not understand if they cannot answer because there is an hour to close or if they are closed for holidays. In my opinion it would be strange if a public utility service is closed for holidays without any communication, neither on the site nor through an automatic responder. I have no other comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attratta da una loro promozione (che, a tutti gli effetti, doveva essere molto più conveniente di quella che avevo) ho deciso qualche mese fa di tronare con voi. Il risparmio c'è stato, ma di pochi euro... quello che manca però è l'informazione e l'assistenza..se ti rechi in questo punto enel sono solo in grado di farti il contratto: se hai problemi (anche minimi) ti rimandano al call center con trafile lunghissime e inconcludenti. Ho provato a darvi una seconda chance, ma lunedì torno dal mio vecchio gestore per tornare con loro. Ad oggi preferisco la qualità al presunto risparmio.
