Arrivo al negozio alle h 17.26 e trovo tutto chiuso, chiamo il numero, suono il campanello ma niente, il negozio è già chiuso. Fuori nessun cartello di eventuali emergenze, niente di niente. Sia io che il mio compagno abbiamo preso un'ora dal lavoro per venire a questo appuntamento. Veramente imbarazzante, non mi era mai successo un pacco del genere! Anch'io ho un negozio e non mi è mai successo di chiudere anticipatamente sapendo di aver preso un appuntamento .
Irrispettosi del lavoro altrui. A mai più .
I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for 5.30 pm on 12/30/2020 specifying that I would have to make an urgent transfer by 12/31/2020. I arrive at the shop at 5.26 pm and find everything closed, I call the number, ring the bell but nothing, the shop is already closed. No signs of any emergencies outside, nothing at all. My partner and I both took an hour off work to come to this appointment. Really embarrassing, such a package had never happened to me! I also have a shop and it has never happened to me to close early knowing that I have made an appointment.
Disrespectful of the work of others. To never again .
