In più , aspetti il tuo turno ,e l'operatrice senza degnarsi dj chiedere di cosa tu abbia bisogno decide di far passare prima chi è arrivato dopo di te ,solo perché deve consegnare dei documenti!!! Aspettare 20 min non era stato sufficiente ,secondo lei potevo aspettare ancora ,per non risolvere il problema ,per giunta ...! Posto INUTILE!!! DA CHIUDERE!!!!!
