La parola servizio in questo caso deve essere spiegata perché dietro a un semplice vocabolo c’e il lavoro, la dedizione e la professionalità di 4 ragazze meravigliose, educate e preparate che risolvono problemi, per noi utenti, davvero insormontabil!! Sto parlando di Stefania, Martina e Maria Clara (il quarto nome perdonatemi ma non l’ho ricordo) che mi hanno assistito dopo giorni di continue telefonate e ricerche, giorni in cui nessuno riusciva a risolvere il mio problema. Qui, nella sede Punto Enel di Corsico, ho trovato ascolto, conforto e risoluzione veloce del problema. Purtroppo ho scoperto che un altro fornitore di energia aveva falsificato un contratto con i miei dati, apponendo anche la mia firma, senza che io avessi dato consensi ne verbalmente ne per iscritto.Dopo aver disconosciuto firma e contratto, ho dovuto fare esposto ai carabinieri e avviare una querela contro ignoti per falsificazione di un contratto a mia insaputa e sostituzione di persona!!! Per fortuna ho trovato queste ragazze ad aiutarmi e in poco tempo hanno risolto i problemi legati alla fornitura elettrica. Grazie quindi a loro, alla loro professionalità e soprattutto al loro saper ascoltare con pazienza problematiche, ansie e timori di un qualsiasi utente che si trova in difficoltà!!! Chapeau!!! Here, at the Punto Enel office in Corsico, I found listening, comfort and quick resolution of the problem. Unfortunately I discovered that another energy provider had falsified a contract with my data, also affixing my signature, without my having given consent verbally or in writing. After having disregarded the signature and contract, I had to expose the carabinieri and initiate a lawsuit against unknown persons for forgery of a contract without my knowledge and substitution in person !!! Luckily I found these girls to help me and in a short time they solved the problems related to the electricity supply. Thanks to them, to their professionalism and above all to their ability to listen patiently to problems, anxieties and fears of any user who is in trouble !!! Chapeau !!!
L	Luca Pisciotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che esprimere lodi alle ragazze che lavorano all'interno del punto Enel di Corsico, dopo mille peripezie telefoniche con centralinisti preparati in materia quanto lo può essere una mosca nello spazio, loro sono riuscite a risolvere i miei contratti sia luce che gas in pochissimi giorni (ero in ballo da oltre 2 settimane e ancora non avevano concluso nulla, loro in meno di una settimana hanno corretto i problemi e attivato le utenze). Un sincero grazie a tutte loro! Se dovete attivare un contratto, avete necessità di avere alcune informazioni andate da loro e non ne rimarrete delusi!! I can not but express praise to the girls who work within the Enel point of Corsico, after a thousand vicissitudes phone with telephone operators prepared on the subject as a fly in space, they have managed to solve my contracts both light and gas in very few days (I was in dance for over 2 weeks and still had not completed anything, they in less than a week have corrected the problems and activated the utilities). In mezz’ora hanno risolto tutti i problemi dopo 20 giorni in cui ogni capra del call center diceva l’opposto rispetto alla precedente senza interessarsi mai alla reale risoluzione dei miei problemi. Maria Clara esperta di casi difficili, grazie mille :) Cute and prepared girls. B	Biagio Garofalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo le tante segnalazioni che vi fanno le persone per quanto riguarda il ritardo delle bollette che arrivano a casa già scadute oppure non arrivano proprio,nemmeno vedete cosa dovete fare con la nexive.Poi arriva il messaggino che la bolletta non è stata pagata,piuttosto cambiatela sta nexive perché offre un servizio scadente! Nonostante io abbia certificato i miei consumi reali per più di un anno hanno continuato a manarmi bollette stimate e non reali. Cifre da capogiro ogni bimestre. Ho subito distacchi per morosità in 8 mesi mi sono stati fatturati 14.000 kw invece il consumo reale è intorno ai 1000 kw. Hanno sempre risposto che fosse unareti a non comunicare le letture reali. Niente di più falso oggi ho ricevuto la chiamata da unareti che mi informava dell'annullamento dell uscita del tecnico in quanto per loro è sempre stato tutto ok. Mi hanno allegato un file di consumi reali. Porterò tutta la documentazione in unione consumatori e partirà una denuncia di risarcimento danni per questa azienda ex statale rimasta tale con pessimi servizi e tariffe Nothing to say for the courtesy service that the Corsican office has had towards me. Nonostante i disguidi le ragazze hanno cercato in ogni modo di aiutarmi con professionalità . Ringrazio Alessia ,Martina e Marzia ma in particolare Giada per la professionalità e gentilezza.
