★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fai un acquisto, poi nel sacchetto trovi il prodotto di un altrA misura, poi li chiami per sapere come recuperare il denaro o quanto meno cambiare il prodotto e ti dicono che ti faranno sapere a breve, e se non li chiami tu ti dicono perché non hai chiamato quando l’impegno di farti sapere era loro... e alla fine la risposta, dopo che ovviamente li richiami tu, mi spiace ma il prodotto non è più in commercio e non le posso far recuperare la spesa effettuata... per un errore del commesso a pagarne le conseguenze è il cliente ! Forse non conoscono uno dei principi fondamentali del marketing.. la “customer satisfaction”...ottimo modo di fare.. dunque finisce un prodotto e non c’è modo di magari, attraverso un corrispettivo aggiuntivo di poter recuperare la spesa effettuata con un altro articolo.bella truffa.. ?.. bella politica aziendale... scandalosi!

Un'altra nota dolente il fatto che non si può cambiare misura o fare reso perché tutto è a carico del cliente!! Mai più acquisti da Spada.
