The clerks left us fetere for half an hour in front of the door despite there being space to enter and at the end they told us that the shop was closing despite still missing 5 minutes to close

Ma cosa più importante nel negozio c'erano meno di 10 persone.
Veramente brutta come esperienza.
We were in front of the shop for half an hour and 5 minutes before closing we were told (so lightly) that the shop was closing.
But most importantly, there were less than 10 people in the shop.
Really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale scortese e arrogante, abbiamo aspettato dalle 20:20 (chiudeva alle 21:00) e nonostante uscivano persone non facevano entrare nessuno.
All'ultimo minuto un commesso esce fuori e ci dice che ormai avevano chiuso e la fila che c'era davanti al negozio era obbligata a non entrare.
Cosa fondamentale, il massimo delle persone che potevano entrare era di 25, ma nel negozio erano presenti meno di 10 persone.
Esperienza molto spiacevole soprattutto dopo il tempo che abbiamo aspettato.

At the last minute a salesman comes out and tells us that by now they were closed and the queue in front of the shop was forced not to enter.
Crucially, the maximum number of people who could enter was 25, but there were fewer than 10 people in the shop.
Very unpleasant experience especially after the time we waited.
