A parte apprezzare il marchio sono molto contenta per il trattamento ricevuto . Grazie torneremo presto . Entro da Kocca e subito rimango colpita dalla bellezza di un abito, semplice ma elegante, in tessuto lurex a strisce laterali, dai colori vari: nero, verde fucsia e bronzo. Avrei voluto provarlo ma... Il prezzo mi ha bloccata. Sinceramente non ho trovato nessuna convenienza, poiché il prezzo già scontato era di 99,90 euro circa, il prezzo iniziale non lo ricordo bene. Mio marito mi esorta a provarlo, ma ribadisco, il prezzo non è affatto da outlet. Mi puzza di fregatura. Dunque rinuncio, uscendo dal negozio un po' delusa (avevo dato un'occhiata veloce a qualcos'altro, ma niente che mi avesse colpita come l'abito appena descritto). Morale della favola? Io sono di Acireale, una bella cittadina che oggi non offre molto a livello di negozi, ma qualcosa di carino esiste. Da noi c'è un negozio outlet al centro (non faccio il nome in questa sede) ed oggi mi reco li, ecco che quasi incredula, in mezzo ad una montagna di abiti, i miei occhi si fermano su un abito lurex, dai colori nero, verde, fucsia, bronzo.... Ma è l'abito Kocca visto l'altra sera al negozio Kocca di Agira!!!!! E non credo ai miei occhi...... L'abito costa 29€!!!! Sto sognando? È la mia misura? Non sto sognando, la misura è la mia, non esito a provarlo e come d'incanto, mi sta una meraviglia !!!!! Vado alla cassa, pago soddisfatta e penso: Questa è fortuna? Questo è un affare!!!!! The price stopped me. Honestly, I did not find any convenience, since the already discounted price was about 99.90 euros, the initial price I do not remember well. My husband urges me to try it, but I repeat, the price is not at all outlets. It smells like cheating me. So I give up, leaving the shop a little disappointed (I had a quick look at something else, but nothing that had struck me like the dress just described). Moral of the story? I am from Acireale, a beautiful town that today does not offer much in terms of shops, but something nice exists. We have an outlet shop in the center (I don't name it here) and today I go there, almost incredulously, in the middle of a mountain of clothes, my eyes stop on a lurex dress, with colors black, green, fuchsia, bronze .... But it's the Kocca dress seen the other night at the Kocca shop in Agira !!!!! And I don't believe in my eyes ...... The dress costs 29 € !!!! I'm dreaming? Is it my measure? r	ros musumeci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in qs negozio KOCCA al Sicily outlet mercoledì mattina 22/07/20 insieme a mio marito e alle mie figlie. Purtroppo mi sono imbattuta in una persona che piu' che una commessa si e' rivelata una lavandaia. Siamo entrati nel negozio muniti di mascherine per osservare da vicino un vestito per mia figlia che avevamo visto da fuori cercando di capire se c'era misura piuttosto che colore senza che qs persona (robusta, occhiali da vista, capelli corti e mesciati) si avvicinasse a darci supporto. Si e' limitata a squadrarci inacidita (lo era anche CN la collega di lavoro) e riprendere a darci le spalle. Andiamo via, uscendo in strada togliamo la mascherina e poi valutiamo di rientrare in negozio per comprare il vestito visto prima. Erroneamente dimentico di indossare la mascherina che avevo in mano e sempre qs "commessa" dall'altro lato del negozio (camerini) mi urla che dovevo mettere la mascherina, mi scuso e la indosso subito e mi riurla che sarei dovuta uscire, indossare la mascherina e solo poi rientrare. Tutto qs davanti una platea di gente attonita che forse pensava di essere in pescheria. Risultato, mortificata e incazzata nera sono uscita da quel negozio mollando li il vestito che poi ho comprato in un altro negozio poco piu' avanti, raccontando il fatto alle amiche che mi aspettavano fuori e promettendo a me stessa che mai piu' ci rientrero'. Il Vs marchio e' conosciuto ed apprezzato in tutto il mondo e mi dispiace che scegliate personale così poco rappresentativo di voi. Cordiali saluti, una cliente delusissima. I was in this KOCCA shop at the Sicily outlet on Wednesday morning 07/22/20 together with my husband and my daughters. Unfortunately, I came across a person who turned out to be a laundress more than a saleswoman. We entered the shop equipped with masks to closely observe a dress for my daughter that we had seen from the outside trying to understand if there was size rather than color without this person (robust, eyeglasses, short hair and mescia) approaching to support us. She limited herself to looking sour at us (CN was her work colleague too) and starting to turn her back on us. We go away, going out into the street we remove the mask and then we consider going back to the shop to buy the dress seen before. Mistakenly I forget to wear the mask I had in my hand and always this "saleswoman" from the other side of the shop (dressing rooms) yells at me that I had to put on the mask, I apologize and I wear it immediately and I scream that I should have gone out, put on the mask and only then return. All this in front of an audience of astonished people who perhaps thought they were in the fish market. Result, mortified and pissed off, I left that shop dropping the dress that I then bought in another shop a little further on, telling the fact to the friends who were waiting for me outside and promising myself that I will never go back there. Riesco sempre a trovare quello che cerco grazie all addetta vendite Giusy molto paziente e professionale e anche la responsabile Ilaria che mi accoglie sempre con il sorriso ed in grado di risolvere qualsiasi problema. Tornerò sicuramente molto presto a fare shopping da voi!!!! I am a loyal customer of the Kokka store at Enna outlets at least twice a year I go shopping because I really appreciate Kocca clothing but not only do I like to go into a well-ordered and clean shop. I always manage to find what I am looking for thanks to the very patient and professional sales assistant Giusy and also the manager Ilaria who always welcomes me with a smile and able to solve any problem. Soprattutto la trovo molto preparata, sarà sicuramente la responsabile e si vede. Nonostante le difficoltà di un lavoro estenuante è sempre pronta a servire il cliente nella disponibilità più totale. Sfido chiunque a servire i clienti con l'arroganza e la maleducazione che c'è oggi in giro. Chi fa recensioni false dovrebbe vergognarsi. Questa volta sono uscita subito senza neanche guardare nulla perché appena entrata con mia nuora è stata già sgarbata, per dirci d igienizzarci le mani! ci sono modi e modi per porsi con le persone! Accogliere, sorridere educazione! Devono essere la prima cosa per conquistare già le clienti! In tutti gli altri negozi ci hanno detto le stesse cose ma con garbo ed educazione! Mi dispiace per il negozio perché nonostante abbia capi belli, perde tanto con personale così! Inzegnate alle commesse che l educazione dev essere alla base insieme ai sorrisi e alla gentilezza sono già punti e strategie affinché il cliente resti e si affidi per acquista!!
