★ ★ ★ ★ ★ После вчерашнего посещения этого магазина не могла не написать свой отзыв. Магазин прекрасный, хороший ассортимент и очень хорошие цены. Но персонал работающий в этом магазине должны торговать на рынке и это максимум. Нет никакого понимания о том как надо работать с клиентом. Мы покупали 4 сумки, были в магазине единственными покупателями, продавцы были заняты только тем, что разговаривали между собой. Ладно, что к нам никто не подошёл, мы все носили на кассу сами. Даже когда нас надо было просто рассчитать они не торопились и продолжали разговаривать на свои темы. В итоге сумму они нам сказали не верную, а на 100 евро больше. И только когда я перед ними указала на их ошибку, пересчитав на калькуляторе, они все исправили. И были так недовольны, что бросили мне чек в лицо. Это хамство и непозволительная грубость. Совершенно некомпетентный персонал, который совершенно не знает ни о правилах торговли, ни о правилах приличия. Продавец - это лицо магазина и в данном случае бренда. Жаль, что у такого замечательного бренда такое лицо.
After visiting this store yesterday, I could not help but write my own review. The store is lovely, good assortment and very good prices. But the staff working in this store must trade in the market and this is the maximum. There is no understanding of how to work with a client. We bought 4 bags, were the only buyers in the store, the sellers were only busy talking to each other. It's okay that no one came up to us, we carried everything to the checkout ourselves. Even when we just had to be calculated, they were in no hurry and continued to talk about their topics. As a result, they told us the wrong amount, but 100 euros more. And only when I pointed out their mistake in front of them, having counted it on a calculator, did they correct everything. And they were so unhappy that they threw a check in my face. This is rudeness and impermissible rudeness. Completely incompetent staff who are completely unaware of either the rules of trade or the rules of decency. The seller is the face of the store and, in this case, the brand. It is a pity that such a wonderful brand has such a face.
