★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova nei pressi della piazza fontana e al termine delle rampe che portano al centro storico di Sperlonga. È una sorgente di acqua dolce molto fredda, nella vasca antistante è possibile immergersi per il refrigerio alla calura estiva oppure per togliere il sale dopo un bagno a mare. L'acqua è fredda, ma una volta usciti la sensazione che si prova è molto piacevole.
It is located near the fountain square and at the end of the ramps that lead to the historic center of Sperlonga. It is a very cold source of fresh water, in the front tank it is possible to dive for refreshment in the summer heat or to remove the salt after a swim in the sea. The water is cold, but once you get out, the feeling you get is very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo luogo confluiscono alcune sorgenti della zona che vengono raccolte in un piccolo bacino dove le donne del paese si recavano per lavare i panni. Questa usanza si è protratta, sembra, fino all'anno 1995 per poi essere vietata atteso che le acque reflue del lavaggio finivano direttamente in mare. Caratteristiche foto dell'epoca ritraggono figure femminili, con sul capo cesti pieni di panni, che scendevano dal paese tramite le antiche scale a ridosso della via del porto.
In this place some springs of the area converge which are collected in a small basin where the women of the village used to go to wash their clothes. This custom lasted, it seems, until the year 1995 and was then prohibited as the waste water from the washing ended up directly in the sea. Characteristic photos of the time portray female figures, with baskets full of clothes on their heads, who came down from the town via the ancient stairs close to the port street.
