Dopo due mesi mi chiama il venditore dicendomi che era arrivata la mia auto .Sorpresa ne era arrivata una grigio chiaro e l'altra Galaxy Grey.Stufo di aspettare anche perché mi serviva l'auto nuova ho optato per la Galaxy grey.Peccato che avesse solo il ruotino e i vetri erano solo colorati.Ho pagato a saldo l'auto. Per poterla avere immatricolata ho poi dovuto aspettare ben 40 giorni.Ora sto aspettando risposta dal mio avvocato per ruota di scorta e vetri oscurati ed anche per il colore Galaxy grey ,in definitiva esperienza molto negativa. I purchased a Kona xtech with a spare wheel, tinted windows and graphite gray color. After two months the seller called me saying that my car had arrived. Surprise had arrived one light gray and the other Galaxy Gray. Fed up with waiting also because I needed the new car I opted for the Galaxy gray. only the wheel and the windows were only colored. I paid the car in full. In order to have it registered, I then had to wait for 40 days.I am now waiting for an answer from my lawyer for spare wheel and darkened glasses and also for the Galaxy gray color, ultimately very negative experience.

Very positive experience: I purchased a new car (imported to be registered but present in the car showroom store) with a strong discount; I had to trust anticipating and then welding without having particular guarantees (beyond a piece of paper that we conventionally call a contract), but this is actually normal. I thank Giancarlo for the seriousness shown (in less than 30 days I was able to withdraw it), and as far as I am concerned, I recommend without reservations.

Disponibilità e servizio molto buoni, unica nota, un pó più di correttezza da parte del venditore Giancarlo (per il resto molto disponibile) che deve specificare al momento dell'acquisto che come nel mio caso le auto sono di importazione e che quindi i tempi di attesa per l'immatricolazione sono un pochino più lunghi!
