Ci hanno fatto perdere una gift da 100€ regalata al mio compagno a maggio.
Spesi 60€ a giugno e ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto spendere il restante anche dopo i 6 mesi di validità (frase detta anche a chi ha fatto il regalo).
Dopo un mese dalla scadenza ci presentiamo per spendere il buono e ci viene negato.
Personalmente la ritengo una truffa legalizzata!!ci hanno preso in giro ed in più le commesse se la ridevano alle spalle, mentre la responsabile ci ha risposto in maniera a dir poco squallida!!!
 Bad, unfriendly and rude staff.
They made us lose a € 100 gift given to my partner in May.
I spent € 60 in June and they told us that we could spend the rest even after the 6 months of validity (a phrase also said to those who gave the gift).
After one month from the expiry we show up to spend the voucher and we are denied.
Personally I think it is a legalized scam !! they made fun of us and in addition the orders were laughing at their backs, while the manager answered us in a squalid way to say the least !!!

clothing and prices are good but the red-haired saleswoman is not very nice. he wants to sell and doesn't know what customers say. bad experience i had to quit after i wanted to shop and go to another store.
