(+)Il gestore molto cortese e gentile. Ci ha dato buoni consigli. La posizione vicina alla stazione centrale e ad una buona pasticceria. PossibilitΓ di usare un figo esterno. Prezzo basso.
(-)stanza molto piccola e fredda ad aprile, grande il minimo indispensabile per 2 letti singoli e un piccolo armadio, bagno esterno, doccia stretta e le zanzare. La colazione non Γ¨ piu tra i servizi offerti.
 B and B with several rooms on the top floor of a building in a fairly quiet area. Unfortunately Catania is not well cared for in general so the area fits in with the context
(+) The very courteous and kind manager. He gave us good advice. The location close to the central station and a good pastry shop. Possibility to use a cool exterior. Low price.
(-) very small and cold room in April, large the bare minimum for 2 single beds and a small wardrobe, outside bathroom, narrow shower and mosquitoes. Breakfast is no longer among the services offered.

β β β β β I stayed 3 nights here with my boyfriend. The room was great - a huge double bed, a mezzanine with a lounge, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a balcony! It was quiet despite the busy street outside.
Cristian, our host, was extremely helpful and kind. He gave us his number and said we could contact in at any time. He gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too. He delivered breakfast to our room and was very welcoming.
Please be warned: this bed and breakfast is in the notorious San Berillo district of Catania. This is the red light district, and if you arrive at night youβll see sex workers in the street, and their pimps. It was quite a surprise for us, but we didnβt feel threatened at any point. They are βgentrifyingβ the area. Go and visit First Bar and see what theyβre doing. It is a great experience, and we loved our stay. Thank you!

β β β β β Clean room and friendly family hosts, especially the mom of the owner is very warm-hearted and really enjoys to support with hints. The location of the B&B is not the best, as it is in between the red light district and the nightlife district. However the high street with lots of bars, restaurants and shops is just a couple minutes via walking away. A good price for parking over night is next to the room for 5β¬ for 24 hours is the best you can find in the city.

β β β β β I can't say don't go here, if you have a tight budget, but it's not that great. This district although said to be safe is not that confidence inspiring. The b&b is at the top of the building, ~5 flights worth of stairs.There is no elevator. If you have luck and you find the host there he will winch up your suitcases, iff they are not heavy, the standard checked baggage suitcase was too big. Our room had a separate bathroom although it was across the hall and on one of our two nights there was no hot water only cold and slightly less cold. The double bed was fine but the two singles had terrible and old mattresses. The air-con only worked on high setting ~2 hours at a time.
