v	vpp fgg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionale struttura molto elegante con pavimenti in marmo, affacciata sulla importante via etnea costituita da camere molto ampie e luminose. La sala colazione è molto graziosa e particolarmente arredata con particolari lampadari uno per ogni tavolo. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa tutta da gustare sia riguardo al salato che al dolce. Posizione strategica che consente di visitare a piedi il centro della città a due passi dalla metropolitana. A soli 20 metri c'è un comodissimo parcheggio a pagamento custodito e molto economico a soli 5 euro per un giorno. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto accoglienti ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per la visita della città. La pulizia è impeccabile ed effettuata giornalmente. Il prezzo è molto conveniente tenuto conto anche dell'ottimo colazione ed anche della posizione del b&b. Exceptional very elegant structure with marble floors, overlooking the important Via Etnea, consisting of very large and bright rooms. The breakfast room is very pretty and particularly furnished with particular chandeliers one for each table. Rich and delicious breakfast to be enjoyed both with regards to savory and sweet. Strategic location that allows you to visit the city center on foot from the subway. At only 20 meters there is a very convenient guarded and very cheap paid parking for only 5 euros for a day. The very kind and very welcoming owners gave us excellent advice for visiting the city. The cleaning is impeccable and carried out daily. The price is very convenient considering also the excellent breakfast and also the position of the b & b.
l	lucia petruzziello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia camera era pulita, abbastanza comoda con tv e aria condizionata ma nell'insieme ho avuto purtroppo una brutta esperienza. Il palazzo è fatiscente, le aree comuni, l'ascensore, tutto fatiscete e poco accogliente. Il b&b è disadorno, fuori dal palazzo non vi è nemmeno un'insegna che lo segnala. 3 bagni sono troppo pochi per le innumerevoli camere, quando ci sono stata io erano occupate solo 4 camere compresa la mia e i bagni erano già molto sporchi. I braccetti che reggono il doccino sono rotti in due delle 3 docce. Non vi è frigo, non vi è accesso alla cucina che risultava chiusa a chiave. Ho provato ad aprire con una chiave che avevo nel mazzo e mi si è spezzata la chiave. Penso che in un bnb debba esserci l accesso almeno a dell' acqua fresca in un posto caldo come la Sicilia. Le porte delle camere non sono nuove e ci sono problemi con la chiusura, i miei vicini sono rimasti chiusi dentro e ho dovuto aprire io che fortunatamente mi trovavo là, visto che i proprietari vengono solo per il check in e in quel momento non rispondevano al telefono. My room was clean, quite comfortable with TV and air conditioning but overall I had a bad experience. The building is dilapidated, the common areas, the elevator, all fatiscete and not very welcoming. The b & b is unadorned, outside the building there is not even a sign that signals it. 3 bathrooms are too few for the countless rooms, when I was there only 4 rooms were occupied including mine and the bathrooms were already very dirty. The arms holding the shower head are broken in two of the 3 showers. There is no fridge, there is no access to the kitchen which was locked. I tried to open it with a key I had in the deck and the key broke. I think that in a bnb there must be at least access to fresh water in a place as hot as Sicily. The doors of the rooms are not new and there are problems with the closure, my neighbors remained locked inside and I had to open that fortunately I was there, since the owners only come to check in and at that moment they did not answer to phone.
P	Peppefoodguide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La permanenza in queste camere è stata non molto piacevole ma comunque stringendo i denti e chiudendo qualche occhio si va avanti. Purtroppo la struttura a volte non ha colpe se gli inquilini lasciano il bagno in condizioni indecorose, costumi appesi ecc... però per dovere di cronaca devo anche dire che una volta su 4 giorni è stata lasciala la porta della mia camera aperta(dentro avevo iPad, orologi, soldi ecc. ecc...). Sono arrivato di domenica e ho trovato gli asciugamani dei precedenti inquilini nell’armadio. La coperta invernale era impolverata. Purtroppo questo è e questo devo annotare. Il proprietario tuttavia disponibile. Le pulizie vengono effettuate, a quanto detto dai proprietari, ogni giorno alle 11. Per eventuali esigenze di check-in, deposito bagagli ecc vi consiglio di prendere accordi prioritariamente perché il check-in si fa dalle 14 e potreste rimanere con le valigie in mano mezza giornata se arrivate la mattina a Catania. Comunque la posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi The stay in these rooms was not very pleasant but still gritting my teeth and closing some eyes you go on. I arrived on a Sunday and found the towels from the previous tenants in the closet. The winter blanket was dusty. Unfortunately this is and I must note this. The owner however available. Cleaning is carried out, according to what the owners have said, every day at 11am. For any check-in, baggage deposit, etc. I suggest you make arrangements as a matter of priority because check-in is from 2pm and you could be left with your bags in your hand half a day if you arrive in Catania in the morning. However the location is great for getting around on foot
